I asked for a custom bench cover for one with a slightly unusual shape. The assistant emailed a couple of times to check details, and the cover arrived as required within the expected time.
Ordering easy and arrived quickly. The cover very good and pleased on the whole. The only thing I would of liked is a bag to store cover in when not in use. I did have to contact them to ask where my air pillows were. Apparently they were sent out separately but I wasn't told this on the confirmation of my order.
