The website was easy to use, and the comms were good, they sent a drawing of what would be produced, but for some reason the eyelets are not evenly spaced as per the drawing. It doesn't actually matter, but it just bugs me a bit.

Great site - easy to customise product, swift production and delivery and great prices! The quality of the garden sail and pergola cover that I ordered is first class - they fit exactly as required, do the job well and look great.
Ordered a bespoke sail shade for the garden - provided the measurements which I was asked to confirm later in the process to ensure the fit was correct. Sail arrived a week later and was exactly as required. The stitching was great and the d rings robust. Easily fitted and looks great in the garden.

The fit was perfect and superb quality. The fact you can order the exact size you need sold it for me. Delivery was a bit slow and the way it was packed could have been a lot better but all in all was ok.
