Let own by frustrating delivery experience by Courier FedEx who allegedly tried to deliver product without prior notice when we were here. They did not. Using the tracking system the product appears to have been manufactured in India and successfully made it's way to Milton Keynes via Mumbai, Italy, France and Stansted. Package languished in Stansted for three days before eventually being delivered. The complexity of this process is breath taking!

Good website with clear instructions. I should have taken them up on their offer of checking my measurements because my customised sail shade arrived well packaged but the wrong shape/size! Completely my fault. The shade itself looks well made with solid connectors. Be aware the waterproof version is quite plasticky - I was expecting it to be more canvas like. I have reordered the non waterproof version in hopefully the correct dimensions!

Blinds were delivered well before expected date on ordering, company kept us updated along the way so we knew they were ahead of schedule. Arrived very well packed. When opening blinds were well made, they were easy to install and came with clips to keep them over windows if breezy and the clip for the cord, so thats a great safety feature, Bought the 0% fabfic due to strong sun heating uo south facing rooms, these are just the job, and far smarter than the towels were were using to block the sun, our cats love the tube which is now a cat tunnel. Thank you
