This is my second order. Fox's damaged the cushion covers of the garden furniture last time and was very pleased with the replacement cushion covers. Ordered again to replace the remaining and could not be happier with the cushion cover.

Package was not delivered to the correct address by the courier. It was left in a farm shed, belonging to an adjacent farm rather than a private residence, on 24/01/25. It was later discovered by the farmer on 31/01/25 who contacted me to arrange collection.

After sales service good but as indicated above product is too tightly folded when packed. The cold weather and tight packing can lead to splitting.

Needed a cover for a ProQ cold smoker and as there is no official cover available a custom cover seemed the obvious choice and what an excellent choice it was.
