Cover & all were very helpful and sending diagrams through of the curtains we had designed, we had asked for magnet pockets to be stitched in as well so the curtains clip together in the middle.

The delivery turned up very swiftly. Unfortunately the covers are oversized and although do a job they do not look made to measure.

I hope I have ordered zips for all the cushion covers. It's a little misleading, not quite as clear as it could be. This sentance I wrote at the beginning of the process it shows how confusing the whole process is. Product sewing is very poor the inner edges are not finished this causes fraying, cost escalated for me two and a half times the original quote. The correspondence was extremely poor and not clear. When I asked for clarification the same email was sent that did not make any sense. The piping a five year old could make a better job.

Ordering is straightforward and choices of materials and options are excellent. The only thing I would like different is the "leeway of up to 5 cm" that is added to all measurements. I understand the reason but wish there was an option to order exact measurements if needed - because what does "up to 5 cm" mean?
