I am very happy with the custom chimenea cover I ordered however my experience of Cover & All was not the best.
The initial mock up's that were created were very inaccurate and it took 3 attempts to get the design right which could be viewed as a benefit as it makes sure customers receive the require produce.
This customer is very difficult to contact either by phone, email or chat and despite multiple attempts to contact the customer service team I was unable to do so.
What's not apparent from the outset is this company is based in India despite portraying a UK presence with a registered office and UK support phone number.
In summary a great product but a difficult company to deal with. Would I order again, possibly as there are very few companies providing this type of service

I very much doubt that you will show this as my reply fundamentally concerns the appalling issues with communicating with your organisation. This is very unfortunate as the product is satisfactory and on the face of it appears well made.
I ordered these covers in April and asked for a delivery in mid May as we were away. However the order was put on full hold and it was only when I spoke to someone in late May that I was made aware of this.
This was the start of the problems, I can only imagine that the call centre is in India or close by as the staff were very heavily accented and hard to understand, after trying several times. I then resorted to emails, most replies to my emails came from a "no reply" email address, therefore I had to use another address which was seemingly unconnected to the manufacturing company.
Every reply I received promised immediate attention, which never happened and the saga just went on and on.
All in all, a good product, completely spoilt by the communication.
Everyone i spoke to was great, arrived nicely packed and earlier than stated havent put up yet. Hoping it will do its job once up.

Kept up to date with where the order was in the manufacturing and delivery process. Would definitely use again. Only negative comment is I would have liked to use cm's.
