I was initially put off using use Cover & All because of no option to give measurements in metric. I think that option would be helpful and boost sales.

Not often do I leave reviews but this time I felt its thoroughly deserved. Replaced a whole set of rattan cushions covers including sun lounger. Very thorough in making sure you've given correct measurements, even after I sent photos of my old cushions they noticed they had different ' edgings ' so asked me whether I wanted them added. You then get drawings of what you've ordered and a chance to double check measurements. Once given they start making them. Bought the high end covers, much better than original ( NEXT) ones, got a waterproof lining. Really can't recommend enough, little tip, i over measured slightly, so simply covered the old ones with the new ones, bit of double protection!
Ordered the tarp to a specific size with strengthening webbing and eyelets every 6 " easy to do on the web page and I wasn't disappointed with the goods on arrival. Delivered earlier than first indicated.

All requirements of our order were taken into account and covers fitted perfectly. Too early to comment on durability of product, but quality appears adequate. Good value for money, with prompt delivery.

The product was slow to arrive but this is by nature when a product is designed bespoke. Customer service were quick to respond. The extra inch for safety the team add was unnecessary as the cover is now slightly too large so perhaps just add a centimetre for safety in future. Overall good experience.
