The whole process was straightforward forward. We measured the furniture following the website guide. There is a curved corner and the designers got in contact asking for further measurements. We were shown final drafts prior to it being made.
It arrived in a decent amount of time and fits like a glove.

Well made with several checks on sizing which I appreciated. Plus the delivery was very smooth

It was very easy to place the order, price was reasonable and delivery was really quick. I ordered these curtains to put them infront of our shutters in the storage to stop cold and moisture coming in. I can see a lot difference after putting them up. Offering custom sizes, really makes life easy. Only one thing was missing, the eyelet holes. Had to make myself. Otherwise product is fantastic.

Very easy process. Website well laid out and easy to follow. Good images of samples diagrams to ensure you select the correct shape of cover and then inserting the correct sizes is also straight forward. Cushion cover arrived in a quick turnaround for a bespoke made to order item.

Great product and service and a good choice of options

I phoned to check how to measure for fire pit cover and the person i spoke to was very helpful and told me where to go and the template to use. The process of measuring and entering measurements was easy to follow and enter.
It was difficult to visualise what the Cover Max material would look like from the photos. With hindsight I wouldn't order this material again as it looks a bit cheap and plasticky but would pay the extra for the Cover tuff which looks better and seems more robust and hardwearing.

I ordered a custom TV cover. For the price I didn't know what to expect from the final product but when it arrived I was extremely happy. The quality was excellent and it got perfectly. Very fast delivery as well considering that it was a custom size. I would definitely recommend

We needed to do loads of measurements often repeated 2-3x and also sent multiple photographs. The cover hopefully is good but looser than I hoped for. Only time will tell whether this is a high quality product that will last

It took us a while to decide just exactly what we needed and we costed out various options through the web site. This was a relatively easy thing to do through the web site, but every time we looked at the site to consider our options we were bombarded with emails not just from Covers All but from site jabber wanting feedback for the simplest of things. We very nearly gave up thinking that we really did not want to deal with such a bothersome company and I came close to blocking them both. We were tempted by the discount offers which crept up from 5% in increments of 5% but there was always a sting in tail until the discount finally reached 30% and we purchased. Glad we stuck with it as we are very pleased with our covers. They are very well made and good value for the money we paid, but I doubt we would have paid the none discounted price and we are unlikely to unreservedly recommend them

This is the third cover I have purchased all good quality well made and fitted perfectly.
