Disappointed with after sales service. Luckily I am fairly good at DIY and could solve the lack of instructions. A video link is not good enough. It needs to be on paper in black and white.

I couldn't find new cushions that would fit my garden chairs as the company I bought from has discontinued!... I found cover and all by chance and ordered made to measure replacement covers. I am absolutely delighted and they fit perfectly. Looks as good a new.

As far as I can tell, this is the only company to make custom tarpaulin/covers. The ordering process was complicated in terms of getting them to confirm specific measurements (eg diameter of eyelets/grommets) as there seem to be some language terminology differences. But we finally got there and they arrived promptly and do the job very well - and for a very reasonable price.
