Simple to order, had a query after I had placed the order which I had resolved within 24 hours. Good info regarding order progress / tracking. FedEx did delay the delivery 4 days (over a bank holiday weekend), but that wasnt down to the supplier

Also, I find it annoying to have to insert measurements in feet and inches as it is imprecise. Using the metric system should provide more accurate measurement.
