I would rate this shopping experience as genuinely the worst online shopping experience of my entire adult life. The ability to communicate anything with your company has been so difficult throughout apart from the online chat. Your company sends emails and then the purchaser can't reply, it just doesn't make sense and results in unnecessary frustration. Very good experiThe process of ordering the cover was OK, and the further queries from the production team showed attention to detail. On their request, I had to measure, remeasure, and remeasure again the original daybed mattress for the cover. Of course, the semi-oval shape was a challenge for the production team - and I ended up providing a detailed technical (done in Visio) drawing with a dozen measurement points to guide them. To my disappointment, the cover that I received was still the wrong size. It was fine on one dimension, but too large on another. Well, it sort of fits, and too large is not too small, and I just had to fold one side under the mattress to make it look OK. And I can't be bothered with the hassle of returning (due to size and the usual complexity of returns process). Still, I expected better
