The finished product was excellent as I knew it would be having previously bought a fire pit cover.
However the design team were a little hard work querying sizes that were obviously correct had they studied the dimensions, I suppose that's not a bad thing better safe than sorry but it did drag out production.
..I saw nothing on the website to suggest I was buying a custom-made product which would be manufactured in India and then transported (mainly by air) some 7000km to me - even the remarkably cheap delivery cost gave no clue.
I'd normally steer away from buying products involving this kind of carbon footprint.
That said, the product is very well made, with impeccable machining.
