Make sure before you order

I couldn't find what I wanted on the site under Sun Shades, so I tried to duplicate it using a different category of cover. I failed and the company does not take back for refund or store credit any custom orders. While I understand that policy, it would be nice to have some protection - I had included a picture of what I was replacing and if someone had looked at it they could have easily seen that the order would not replace what I had. Then, when I inquired, they offered a 15% store credit, which is nice, but less than they would offer a new customer (20% off on first time orders.) Seems a bit greedy.
