Good quality, size is okay as it fits. But definitely have to add a couple of inches to measurements, even though company say they add a little extra to the measurements given.

Was easy to order, website easy to use. I did wonder if i should have made it a bit bigger after lacing the order but after reading through the instructions on the site they had already thought of that and asked for precise measurements. That was a relief and once it arrived it felt good quality and fitted and looked perfect. Happy i went with the grommets at the bottom too which allowed me to use magnets and bungee cord to fasten it for the heavy winds we have some times. Very good first experience overall. Thank you!

Unfortunately my experience was not a good one! It took your attempts to produce accurate and correct drawings of the items I required. I had to chase my complaint on over a dozen occasions taking nearly 3 weeks to get my covers to production. My complaint was not escalated as requested, and no compensation was offered for the stress and inconvenience caused.
When I did finally receive my items, they were how I expected them to be, but the order process is a shambles!
