Took a week to come but it is custom made so fair enough. I couldn't find a 120cm round cushion cover for our garden furniture that converts into a day bed. This was perfect and reasonably priced considering it was made to order

Look, it was a good cover. Does the job, looks smart etc. But you guys are bombarding me with emails and questions and surveys and offers. You've got a great business model, but this isn't the kind of thing that generates rapid repeat business.
Keep my details on file, and email me in 2 years once this cover has started wearing & fading, and see if I want a new one. You've got to send fewer emails otherwise all you're going to do is annoy your customers and guarantee that they don't use you again if and when they do need another cover.

Ordered covers. Received email to confirm details, replied to confirm, waited for order as per delivery date, a week over this date rang customer service found out confirmation hadn't been processed so had to wait a further two weeks for delivery
