Ordering was great, delivery was prompt and sizes were perfect. Packaging was difficult to open so I accidentally cut my product, and the material wasn't what I expected but that's just a personal preference/opinion. Colour was a bit off as well but it was hard to tell from amazon. Not the fault of the company.

Came exactly as ordered and fit great. Quality zippers and stitching. Highly recommend.

Shopping online for custom size covers was very easy. Emails were sent as follow up that they were being manufactured and when shipped with a courier tracking number. Received in excellent time. Now time will tell how they perform. Great service!

Theses covers fit like a glove, I specially asked them to not add any extra material as they do usually add an extra small amount of material for customers to be on the safe side, I am glad I didn't, these fit like a glove and went onto my old foam inserts with ease.

I just wanted to write one review. Not two. You're pushing your luck with this 50 character thing and two reviews. Now I'm confused why it seems easier to order a custom bbq cover than to pass on the compliments of a satisfied customer. I didn't really feel like doing a writing excersize this morning. I can only image how this part would be if I was an unhappy customer.

Process was easy. Ordering was a little tricky it charged me twice or would go through (connection issues) but it sorted itself out and I got send the product. Was here in the expected time frame.

Order site was informative and easy to follow and use. Wasn't sure about the product coming but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and speed of delivery. Cushions covers were very well made, fit well and well priced. Will definitely order again and pass the company name on as well.
