I ordered online 14 custom cushion covers. 12 days later they were delivered as expected. Quality looks good. I would recommend this service.

I purchased a cover for my new BBQ on mars 9,2023.
When i placed the order i provided the measurements as instructed on the website, checking carefully that they were correct. I also provided a dimension drawing from the BBQ manufacturer.
I received the cover it fits perfectly except that the cover was 5 inches too long. Several inches rest on the floor preventing to roll the BBQ.

I contacted support and went through a long painful exchange of emails that never addressed the issue. The representative kept telling me that there were no manufacturing errors. The cover was built as specified… He could not explain why it is 5 inches too long…. I buy a lot of stuff online. This is by far the worst customer experience i have ever had.

Support the completely useless.

The only solution he provided was to order a new one with a 15% discount.

The solution was to have 5 inches cut all around the bottom. Which i had done at a local shop.

This fixed the issue and now it fits perfectly. That cost me $50.

I had several additional exchange of emails after posting my bad review. I cant understand how they can pretend to have fabricated my cover to the specifications provided, as obviously the pictures demonstrate clearly it was 5 inches too long. It took a while and perseverance but they finally accepted to refund me the $50 it cost me to fix their problem.

It is probable that the bad review posted here finally got to someone who could help. Thanks Stella.

Buyer beware when ordering a BBQ cover, please make sure you provide additional instructions as the measurements you provide may not be enough to get what you want…

It's super easy to make sure that you get exactly what you need with the way their order form is built.
The covers themselve are A-1 - I ordered for three different sizes of cushion, and the order was perfectly filled... which we have come not to expect in this day and age, sadly!

The cushions on our porch chairs are not a standard size.I designed custom cushions that are perfect for less cost than the standard cushions available in stores or online. Last year we ordered a fountain cover for our unique outdoor fountain and were similarly impressed with the workmanship, low cost and speed of delivery.

I ordered two custom items. For one that had an unusual profile, I received feedback from the company to ensure correct fit. I also asked for a custom alteration to the zippered front. The product I received fit perfectly and the custom zippered front is exactly what I requested. I was overwhelmed at how excellent this product was and the service that was provided.

Lot of cushion possible configurations, measurement are very accurate.
The designer asked a couple of questions about the measurements and it made the cover a perfect fit!
The only small downside is that it is very difficult to choose a fabric by looking a small square on the screen. It would have helped to view an example of a chair that used this fabric.
I selected the cushion rite beige fabric and I was expecting some texture on the fabric.
