These covers are great, strong and timeframes are also great. I really like the option to custom make covers as the market rarely has anything other than a tarp that never stays tied down properly.

The site is easy to use and the covers come quickly. They are solid material. Of the three items I've purchased, 2 were perfect while the third didn't quite fit despite me entering the exact dimensions. It was good enough but not perfect.

Have ordered twice from them. Both times the end product was as expected and dimensions were perfect. Second time did have a problem confirming order, but after several tries it was finally completed and arrrived within a week.

Custom covers has not been an easy company to deal with. I first ordered in October and ordered according to their website instructions. The cover came quickly but it was useless being as they did not make it according to their own website instructions which I followed. They refused to listen to me and constantly put the onus on me. It was only after I left a bad review of my experience with their product and company that they finally started to listen to me. In the end they corrected their mistake and it was their mistake because as I repeatedly told them, I followed the measurement instructions on their website. ( Even though they kept insisting that they did nothing wrong). I hope that they finally corrected their instruction page that I kept trying to get them to look at. In the end, not was remade and it is to my satisfaction. It just took a lot of unnecessary aggravation and in the end took well over a month to get the finished product.
