Sent an email regarding my order and ask for a re-do of my custom cover and didn't get a reply.
Easy to order. The site instruction for measurement seemed accurate. Back of treadmill cover comes to floor. Front stops 3/4 down exposing switches, cord plugs and front of mechanics. How if they received accurate measurements?
For a custom cover the delivery time was acceptable. We just put it on our teak table and chairs as winter protection so I will know better in the spring if it's the cover that we needed.
I sought a cover for a homemade outdoor bar, dimensions were not uniform. Covers and Alls design team emailed, inquiring more photos and measurements to ensure a great cover! Couldn't be more happy. I'm ready for the winter. Thank you for being so detailed.

Website was very clear as to measuring cover. Easy to navigate. Product appears to be of good quality and will see how it holds up first winter. Turn around time for made to measure product was very good.

Easy to use site but be more attentive than I was… the room dividers are plastic
Smooth. There were no surprises. The cover was custom made and delivered as promised.
First turntable cover came 1" too big in 2 dimensions because they claim it's their policy. I had requested no overhang so they apologised and sent a second cover free of charge ( which I appreciate). Unfortunately, the second cover arrived 1" too short in two dimensions.I can only assume that this company only has experience making larger covers and should be avoided when it comes to anything requiring precision work.
Product is good quality and the time for the shipping is good. But the price is a little to high.
Ordering the item was straightforward and easy. Product arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. Wish that instructions on proper install were included.
