Make sure if you order to get your measurements exact and re-validate with the design team. My only concern is the back and forth I had with customer service to get this error fixed, I wish they had a way to re-use / fix the incorrect one.

I am very pleased with the custom cover I purchased from Covers&all. Their team was very good to deal with.
Ordered two different colour cushions. Arrived as the same colour. Will not address different colours even having sent video and photos.

The project eventually got done properly. My one reservation was the process. It was difficult to communicate what I wanted in a way that I was sure the instructions we understood. To begin with the 20% off site wide is misleading. There is an upper limit to the discount but that is never mentioned and felt like i was not applying the code properly. The other issue is additional charges. While I was fine with the additional charges the billing process is convoluted in that I need to authorize charges to my CC without knowing what was being charged. The CS rep told me to authorize the charge and if there was a discrepancy they would refund me. Not a way to do online transactions in 2023.
