The communication with the designer was amazing and very thorough. I expected that I would do all the measurements and then it would be a done deal, but he checked over and over with me because our sofa set up has an odd angle to it at the ends.
It arrived as expected, and is very sturdy and heavy which we love. If anything it is slightly too big (which is way better than too small!), and I was disappointed that the drawstrings are pretty hopeless and don't hardly draw. It will keep all the rain away though, and we shall have to come up with a how to weight it down solution so that the wind doesn't get under the extra material and lift it up! Thanks!

Initially skeptical that the quality, colour, dimensions, specifications of my order would all be met. I have not yet unfolded and placed my sail canopy in its location so that assessment will have to wait. However, my initial impression is that the colour is perfect, the quality of the material and hardware seem exactly what I require, and the stitching appears to be good quality. The real test will be when it is finally in place which should be next week.
I was impressed with the communication process leading up to my order. And the shipment/ delivery process was first class. I was amazed that the product was shipped so quickly and emails kept me informed about the progress. So far very well done.

I have used this company 3 separate times for custom items and have yet to be disappointed. Customer service is great, products are always bang on (and quality is ace), prices are more than fair, and the production and delivery is very quick (considering it's custom!).

The custom covers are perfect based on the measurement of the foam we provided. The finish looks to be great quality. Delivery was also very fast (considering they were custom!). We will definitely be using this company again!

Good quality materials and fit however I wish the pull strings that were recommended on the site weren't so stiff as they don't really tighten up. I would've got the clips as now I think there is risk that they could fly off in the wind
