The one hitch which caused a delay in production was that it was not clear to me in email confirmations that questions/comments were waiting for me to respond to online. So the designer questions went unanswered and I didn't understand why my order wasn't being processed after several weeks. Once I poked around more and realized this, things moved quickly and accurately.

They worked with me to ensure the covers were a perfect fit. These covers were odd shaped with the zippers on opposite ends on the chair seat & foot stool and they nailed it.

The order arrived as requested. Well packaged to be protected. No tear. When we unroll all the curtains, we noticed the triangle shapes had a black border that we never requested. We decided to keep as they will be installed on the upper part of the screenhouse and it won't show. Maybe it will give an additional layer of protection against tearing. Covers & All offer good customer service. I had answers to my questions in a timely manner. I recommend the company for your curtain and/or purchases.
