The only issue I have is that I selected the model and year of car and then weeks later was asked to approve the dimensions for the cover. I assumed that knowing which car it was for would give them the dimensions and it must have, since they sent a design drawing to me. So I don't see how I could have added any value to that. How could I know the cover dimensions better than them. I think they were just using it to excuse slow service, because it took weeks to get the cover manufactured and shipped.
I would recommend staying on top of the company right form the day you order.

Overall it was a good experience as I have another cover on order. I gave it solid 4 as the only issue I had was the following. After going back and forth with measurements, the length of the cover is about 3 inches to long. I can't move the bbq with the cover on as it gets caught in the wheels. Everything else was perfect.

Our friend has previously used Covers and All and we thought they looked beautiful. We followed suit, and we couldn't be happier. We were totally surprised by how interactive and thoughtful the designers were. They asked so many good questions and made fantastic suggestions to make our custom covers even better than we thought they could be. It took some back and forth to arrive at the final design, but it was time very well spent. Once confirmed, our covers were produced and shipping to us within 10 days. I am happy with my cushions. My only recommendation would be that in my opinion the tie wrap should be on the opposite side of where the zipper is if only 2 tie wraps are requested. Had I been aware of this I would have ordered 4. The zipper should be at the bottom and if the tie wrap is at the bottom the cushion just falls over. To rectify this the zipper is at the top now where you can see it. Other than that they are perfect.

1st time I tried to order there was a glitch in your system. I came back and this time was asked to provide a screen shot when the trouble I was having was that I didn't see a price for the zipper. After sending a screen shot she told me the zipper was included. So why did I send a screen shot? Maybe she didn't read my question. Mistakes happen but you could have lost a sale as I was close to just giving up. I hate giving negative feed back but this took up valuable time that I didn't have today.
