Ordered my cover Oct 26. It is now December 30 and I have yet to see my cover despite multiple calls, emails and online chats with the company. Can't speak to the quality of the product as I have not yet seen it, but if you order, be prepared for a very long wait.
The product seems great and of very nice quality. My only negative is how long it took to get to Canada, but post office disruptions and COVID seem to have really slowed a lot of things down.
The old saying of "you get what you pay for" always holds true with Covers & All.

When I finally received my order, I was happy with the quality and the fact that it was exactly what I expected... but order processing and delivery was terrible. Ordered on Nov. 1, first promised express delivery was Nov. 18, this date was missed, so my express delivery was refunded at my request... then promised Dec. 9th... that date was missed... then promised Dec. 17th, missed again... then promised Dec. 29th... then promised Dec. 31st... but, surprisingly, it actually came on December 23rd.
The order was "In Production" for at least 6 weeks. The express shipping went from India, to Dubai, UAE, Leipzig, Germany, Heathrow, UK and finally to Canada... wow!
Seems to me this company has issues with planning and executing orders... and forecasting delivery. I understand we are in a difficult time, but other vendors do not seem to have the same issues.

Our support team did put in an expedite request each time you contacted us. All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised dates. Please be assured we are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) continue, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
As you are aware, your new order was delivered 5 days before the promised delivery date.

Covers & All were excellent! We ordered a pizza oven cover and the quality of the cover was great. (we went with their highest grade) They emailed us the design of the cover and what the lettering would look like before anything was started. Listened to our suggestions on lettering size and spacing. Covers & All were always in contact with us until we gave final authorization that the cover was exactly what we wanted.
Very nice job. Site for measurements doest give you chance to make mistake. Highly recommend this company
I finally got the two curtains- but with a lot of hunting down trying to pin an arrival date-that kept getting being moved - only got info when I would ask where it was- no updates until after I would call- - I really started to think this company was a front - I understand with covid things take a long time but ordering late in October they knew this and should have put a more realistic delivery date. I did manage always to contact the company - however then started to wonder if it was really them I was messaging - the product DID ARRIVE - and it is a GOOD product. I would suggest be upfront with customers and say it will take longer than 2 months to arrive.
Shipping to Canada took longer than expected. However, the covers received were well made and of excellent quality, heavy material. They will last many years. Am unable to comment on fit since these are for 2 heat pumps at a distant location which will not be visited for several months.
Delivery was prompt. Good quality. Easier to store tree than in the box and it will keep it dust free.
Kept getting emails about delivery date getting pushed back.
Product never came in the end.

I have been shopping for a year and finally just googled what I wanted and this company came up. They manufactured and shipped and I received 2 weeks earlier than expected and the cost was reasonable. Great quality and very happy.
Took longer than expected to make. Shipping was also longer. Out of Country so understandable.
The cover is great though.
Extremely pleased with the quality of the material used and the construction. Perfect made-to-order fit at such a great price. Nice to find this company.
Order went without a hitch. Took about 2 and a half weeks for delivery but with pandemic and high parcel delivery volumes was expected. Very pleased with the cover, fits my pool table perfectly and seems to be high quality that should last for years.
Before placing my order on October 30th I contacted customer service to ask them what their lead time was for a basic 10x10 clear pvc cover. I was told two weeks, so I placed my order. Three weeks later I hadn't received my order so I contacted them by email and was told my order was "still in production" and therefore could not be cancelled, but would ship out in the next two weeks. Two weeks later, still no shipping notice so I contacted them again to be told the same lie again. It is December 19th today... I remain coverless. Worst company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
I am using the cover for small patio table that is sitting outside in cold eastern Ontario. I do not know yet how the cover will hold up over the extreme cold and warm summer as i just received the cover early in the week.
