I ordered a special size cover fir a small fire pit, abd it was just what I needed. The material was exactly as advertised. Thank you.
It will work and the size is accurate to what was ordered. Just looks tacky unfortunately which is hard to tell online with photos what you are really getting.
The product is solid, and well made. They advertised a crapload about getting ready for the winter. I bought it based on the fact that I needed to cover stuff in my yard for the winter. I got at least 11 emails delaying my order. And the last piece, they didn't even place the order until March 4. I ordered it on Nov 9. (I have the slips they sent with the cover that says that.) They can blame Covid, likely will, but I find it hard to believe that they weren't able to pivot after, what, 8 months of Covid before I placed my order. I'm sure they're super nice people, and like I said earlier, their product is solid, but their service sucks donkey balls. Otherwise, just place your order 6 months early and you should be fine.

All our products are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised date. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) are ongoing, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.

However, we have worked hard to make the order process as transparent as possible. The first point on the product page states: "High quality outdoor cushion covers". Additionally, the material you have selected for your covers is Cushion Rite; it is described as "600 Denier, 100% Solution Dyed Polyester Fabric with one side PU Coat". We have a lighter material that feels more like fabric (Cushion Fab).

With regard to the fit, we handcraft each cover by meticulously following the measurements and instructions provided. If you feel we have made the covers in the wrong size, kindly take a picture of the product clearly showing the incorrect measurement using a tape measure and email us at [email protected]. Also attach a picture of the taffeta label sewn on the inside of the cover. Our Quality team will be happy to look into this for you and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
Items came quickly, and exceeded my expectations for the price. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Hello Paula. Please accept our sincere apologies for the missing curtain.
Your complaint was raised on 15 February; per our records our support team responded within 12 hours offering a replacement.
Note that as communicated earlier as well, velcro and grommets cannot possibly be applied on the same side. Hence, a drawing showing the exact construction of the curtain was shared for approval. Upon approval we issued a replacement which we see was delivered on 22 March.

I am super please with the entire experience. Your design group are very detail oriented on dimensioning and to make sure you end up with what you need. Your 3D diagram makes it very easy to visualize your end product. Your delivery was just super fast. The product looks amazing and fit like a glove, and not to forget your pricing is very competitive.
