Easy to order, arrived quickly. I ordered a cover for a rectangular fireplace to replace the one that it came with which had become so brittle being in an exposed south facing location and had also been shredded by hail. The new cover from Covers & All seems significantly more durable. Thank you!

Thank you, covers go on easy, there is two inches of extra space like your promised. I am very happy with my purchases. Cats are happy too and watching them trying to get in through the door flap has made me laugh several times.
The material is way better than I had anticipated. Seems very sturdy. I underestimated my measurements for our Christmas Tree, so it doesn't actually fit. My fault though. If you are ordering one, I would err to the bigger size, by a fair bit. Especially on the diameter / circumferences. To be honest, if I had to do it again, I would order separate covers for each section.

Tarps are very strong and seem that they will stand up well. Only complaint is the clear vinyl was scratched and dusty when we received them, which does not help the clearness which is why we ordered in the first place.

We handcraft each cover by closely following the measurements and instructions provided. As mentioned on the product page, we also add 1" to 2" leeway on the given width/depth for ease of use.
We do make a mistake occasionally but are firmly committed to making it right once the error is established. Regrettably, we are unable to locate any communication from you with regard to this concern.
Kindly take a picture of the product clearly showing the incorrect measurement using a tape measure and email us at [email protected]. Also attach a picture of the taffeta label sewn on the inside of the cover. Our Quality team will be happy to look into this for you and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
Very sturdy. Narrower than I expected but nice material. And delivery was quick.
I bought clear vinyl tarps for my patio from Covers and All. When I finally received the product, it was excellent; however the experience in getting there was extremely painful. Shipment dates were repeatedly committed to and missed. My impression is that they intentionally lie about shipment dates in order to get people to purchase.

From our internal notes we see that our support team did put in an expedite request each time you contacted us. All our products are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised dates. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) are ongoing, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
Per your conversation with our support team, we did issue a refund for 10% of the order value. I am happy with the quality of the cover. I wish it fit tighter than it does but I did supply the measurements. One thing that I think could have been better are the draw strings. They are only on the ends and are not really effective to hold the cover tight in case of high winds. If the draw strings where all around the cover; I think this might have been better. It is important that this smoker does not get wet because of its electronics so I will probably have to weigh the cover down somehow. With all this in mind; I will order more covers from you in the future.
Better than i expected. Super thick and seems durable. Clear as i wanted. We used to enclose a section of the porch. It took for ever to arrive, a month longer but worth the wait.
