Biggest issue was the very long delivery time order 5 Oct 2020; delivery 14 Jan 2021 due to Covid issues. We had wanted the tarp for fall wind protection on our patio. However, the product itself is as expected, clearer viewing through it that anticipated, and of good quality.
Product is great quality, looks fantastic and fit like a glove. Awesome!
A good product but you should work on getting the product to your customers. Two months was to long to wait and I almost canceled the order
I was under the assumption that the covers were being made in the states. It wasn't. They are made in India. They changed the delivery date 8 times. Very hard to get a straight forward answer.

Per our records, your original delivery date was 10 December, which was revised to 30 December, 4 January and finally 11 January.
Please be assured we never lie to our customers. Our support team did put in an expedite request each time you contacted us. All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised dates. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) continue, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
Also, the location of our current production unit (India) is mentioned in our FAQ section. It is also readily disclosed to any customer who inquires about it.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had in online purchasing. Three month wait for half my order, another couple weeks for part of my order which was incorrect and still haven't received my final part. Customer service did little to help and the help they promised (expedited shipping and a free storage bag) never materialized. I'm usually a very positive and understanding person but this time I must advise, take your business elsewhere.
Very happy with my purchase. The website was very well thought out and easy to navigate. Plenty of options for customizing a cover for whatever you are looking to protect. I ordered a cover for my fire table and had some questions which were immediately answered by the staff member via chat. Delivery was swift, and the product was of high quality and the fit was excellent. The only thing I would have liked was more fabric colour options, but overall am totally satisfied.

Excellent fits perfect the only problem I have had dealing with you is ordering the items on your website. When ordering from Canada it seems to not work well.
The site was pretty easy to use, and the chat feature gave me access to an actual person when I had a couple of questions. The material is good quality, I received my order faster than expected. My only issue is that a large part of my order has clear vinyl, and I initially thought I'd put hand prints all over it and made a mess. Then my son realized what I was seeing is foot prints! I guess in the manufacturing process, the material gets laid out on the floor and someone walked all over it. Now I have to clean the whole damned thing! :(
Since DEc 10 have called numerous times to discuss refund. Each time at least 4 times the custoner service rep has been extremely polite and listened and promised feedback within a day. Still no response. I received mechandise and called again as grommets were not as requested 6" apart. Had reminded thyem several times was assued this would happen. Received Jan 4 and called. Again was told someone would get back to me and also refund me the money. No response todate. The error in calculation is a simple error opn youyr part. Explained in detail to Andrew who understood and accepted. All customer service has been exemplary but no follow up. Love my vinyl curtains except for spacing of grommets. Please resolve as soon as possible. Thank you

With an unusually high number of inquiries and limited staffing, we are doing all we can to attend to every customer as quickly as possible. The promised refund was processed on 20 January via transaction ID 5NP27951C34145439.
Please also accept our apologies for the incorrect spacing on the grommets. We ship hundreds of handcrafted products each day and admittedly sometimes we make a mistake. However, we firmly believe in making it right when given the opportunity. Per your conversation with our Quality team, we have shipped a replacement which was delivered on 17 February. We trust everything is in order now.

My cover was just as i expected and was delivered quickly. I would recommend this company
First the purchase date was November 6 2020 not December 27 as indicated on this form. Was given a delivery date of December 4th and when it didn't show up I notified the company through their on-line chat. Was told that because of covid and that the health and safety of employees there were going to be delays. That being said I was receiving emails stating that order now quick delivery. Contacted the company again through their on-line chat and was given the covid story again. With this in mind my order was 4 straight cut pieces of vinyl, nothing fancy just straight cut vinyl panels. I called the company and when there appeared to be a glitch on answering the calls from people who already ordered, I chose the option of placing an order and my call was answered immediately. After explaining the situation, Vicky said she would talk with the production and just like that my order was shipped and received January 3 2021. I am not impressed with the client service of Covers & All, I know orders take time and with covid even more so but it's the treatment of people who have order and paid.

I was disappointed that the order delivery was first delayed from late December to early January, but it was late an additional three days from the date I was given. I have had to store my furniture cushions inside my condo to prevent damage from storms and wind.
Product is good. Shipping was a month delay. I understand the Covid situation but company should take it in consideration.
