Website was easy to use and I ordered 6 covers customized for my patio cushions. They seem to be pretty good quality and sturdy so we'll see how they hold up once I get new foam to put in them.

The cover I ordered barely fits onto the keyboard that I bought it for. In order for it to fit I have to wedge the keyboard between my legs which is not workable each time I want to put the cover on. I will not be able to use it.
I submitted revised dimensions which were agreed to. The cover is larger than anticipated. CSR's confirmed my dimension alterations. I was not confident with CSR's response. Consequently the size is larger and will have to be secured or it will blow off. I would like a response to this survey

We have reviewed the chat transcript and our associate did provide correct information. We offer custom handmade covers in almost any shape and size, including those for popular brands and models. We have tried to list the most common cover styles and are constantly adding more, however, not every make and model can be listed. As long as the basic shape matches what you see on the product page, you can place your order. To provide the variant dimensions you can use the notes section and ensure you upload reference pictures. You can also request a mockup for review before it goes into production.
Each cover is handcrafted by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide. You can view the final agreed dimensions in your Coversandall account. As mentioned on the product page, "We add 1" to 2" leeway on the given width/depth, for an easy pull-in, pull-out." Kindly compare the agreed size with the cover you have received. If you find any discrepancies, please take a picture of the product showing the incorrect measurement using a tape measure and email us at [email protected]. We are committed to replacing any cover that has not been fabricated as ordered.
I am comfortable just concerned about whether cover will fit properly. I was not confident with CSR's answers
Very positive, was as described, fit perfectly, and looks like it will be adequate to stand up to the various weather we have in Ontario Canada.
Drawstrings at the bottom are a little stiff to use, but overall fantastic quality, shipping was reasonable in both cost and time.
Still waiting after receiving cover a week ago for fix on cover having blue pen marks and defects in material likely caused by bad packing
It was easy to follow how to measure for our custom patio covers. They were delivered within a few weeks and we love the quality and fit! Also very good value!
Just received in mail for fire pit. Customer service was excellent and fits perfectly.
I placed my order with the Canadian site. There was no mention of extra charges at delivery, in fact the delivery was supposed to be "Free". The order got processed very quickly which was great, but then I got text messages from DHL asking for another $40 in duty and taxes. I already had paid almost $20 in taxes when I placed the order, now they want $40 more, on a $180 order which was through a Canadian Website. I contacted Covers & All and explained my problem and they said I was correct and should not have to pay, and they would take care of it. A couple days later DHL is still texting me asking for payment. I contact Covers & All again, and they again said they would take care of it. DHL showed up at my door the next day with the goods, but said I owe $40. I refused to pay so the driver ignorantly said bye, turned around and walked away with my order. I called Covers and All for the 3rd time... they said they would take care of it... that was yesterday... still waiting.

We are a global business headquartered in the USA with customers all over the world. The location of our current production unit (India) is mentioned in our FAQ section.
We use global shipping leaders (DHL / FedEx / UPS) for delivery. Understandably, we have no control over the behavior of local delivery personnel, however we offer our full support in case of delivery issues. Our records indicate that our support team did call you back to assure you there was no need to pay anything to DHL. Simultaneously, we also emailed our account manager at DHL to deliver the package without further delay.

The product is great, I've used Covers & All four or five times now and love the product. I was supprised that this time I had to pay an extra 20% or so at customs! Perhaps manufacturing locations have changed?
Product was as described and very good quality. Fast delivery. I have recommended this site to a few friends.
Had a good discussion with the CSR, confirming the measurements and options. She was very experienced and helpful. My only constructive feedback is that your order system should be capable of allowing the CSR some discretion as we were within $0.40 of qualifying for free freight and were unable to make it despite one upgrade on the order ( the next upgrade would have cost more than the freight charge).

Quality of product material was fine. The dimensions I provided were obviously not followed as the finished cover is way to big for the barbeque it is used for. Not worth the price for a custom made product. Next time I'll just buy a generic fitting cover for a lot less money.

Excellent quality cover, thick and water resistant. Fits perfectly on my fire pit. Arrived ahead of schedule. I will definitely buy from Covers & All again.
Not having any experience with the company and purchasing online I was hesitant in placing a large order. I ordered 1 piece of the 24 pieces for my large outdoor furniture to be recovered. I'm blown away with the quality! I will be placing my order for the remaining 23 outdoor cushions.
