Placing an order was simple enough. I ordered thinking company was in Canada or atleast North America but it was not. Apparently it was made from a whole different continent. Expected delivery as of April 7th as indicated in email and order status but as of April 12, nothing. Checked order on FedEx, order has now just arrived in U.S. when will I get these covers? I have no idea. Its been shipped around the world! From the middle east to France.

Very good quality, well made and seems like it is durable. Hopefully, it will last for a few years being outdoors with intermittent weather conditions.

The Sail I ordered arrived on time. However, it had a hole in it. I contacted Covers & All asking them to remedy the error but did not hear back from them. I spent $200 and bought a DAMAGED product.

My ordering experience was fine as the cushion covers arrived within a couple of weeks and the dimensions were correct; however, the material used for cushion covers seem the same as what you would use as a bbq cover! I appreciate the goal is to be water resistant but nobody wants to sit on a chair that feels and looks like a tarp! This is unlike any cushion material that is commercially available on furniture so really disappointed. Can't use them so I guess a few hundred bucks down the drain...

I ordered 2 covers from Covers & All. They arrived a week before their estimated shipping time, they fit perfectly and appear to be of good quality.
I could no be happier with my purchase. I ordered curtains for my gazebo and they were perfect. Size was exact and quality was great. Cost was less than half of what I was quoted locally for the same thing.

When I first placed my order I realised I had made a mistake and forgot to add clips to the bottom of one of the covers. I contacted them immediately and the order was fixed right away. I was advised my delivery date would be April 12th, but received them earlier on April 7th. The order was filled correctly and the covers fit the furniture well. Very pleased.

Customer service was great and we are happy with our cover for our outdoor sectional and ottoman.
Ordering was easy & delivery was quick & painless! My only issue is that the zippers ended up being on the sides of the covers instead of the bottom (of the back cushion) & back (of the seat cushion)...
