Took some time to determine how to navigate the program but once this was figured out entering info was easy. Delivery was timely and product very much met my expectations.
At first it was very difficult to add additional items to the cart. It was not clear how to got back and add items.
I ordered custom covers. Provided photos and measurements. The covers came in incorrect to start. It has been now 3 weeks and they still have not corrected it. Just keep asking for more photos.
I would not recommend using them unless your covers can be bought off the shelf.
Hello Matthew. Please accept our apologies for the error in your custom cushion covers. We handcraft hundreds of custom covers each day. Admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake. However, we are fimly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established.
Your complaint was raised on 12 April. Our records indicate that pictures showing the error were only requested and provided once - on 14 April. This is a standard and reasonable request, and more convenient than returning the product and waiting for it to reach us.
Like every business, we have also been affected by the pandemic. With an unusually high number of inquiries and limited staffing, we are doing all we can to attend to every customer as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
Our next (third) response clearly offered to send a replacement. However, we understand that you are travelling and will not be back in Canada until July. Thus, we are happy to issue either a store credit or a refund for the incorrect covers. There is no need to return the covers - if you can find some use for them please feel welcome to do so. Kindly write back to let us know if you prefer store credit or a refund; we will promptly resolve this according to your preference.
Measurement instructions were easy to follow. Verification of order to double check measurements was appreciated, product quality is very good although I did not realized the fabric would have a shine to it. Durable. Friendly service.
Very happy with product was very easy to deal with right from ordering to being delivered on time. Would use them again for sure.
I purchased a BBQ cover and the team questioned my dimensions. After a bit of back and forth I decided to remove the logo which the team confirmed would be removed.
I received the cover and the logo appeared and the area where there is a handle was put on the wrong side.
I just wasted $300 on my hard earned money.

There seems to be a misunderstanding about the desired resolution. Our Quality team did write to you advising we would be happy to issue a replacement once the requested pictures were shared. Thus, when the pictures were received we immediately initiated the replacement. However, from your last email we understand you do not want a new cover. Could you please write back to confirm that the only resolution required is the refund for the Personalization charges?
Purchased cushion covers to replace the old set. It was very simple to add the required dimensions using their diagrams. I would also strongly suggest uploading a picture of what you're replacing. Their design team had responded back looking for further details to give me exactly what I wanted! I would have preferred a nicer fabric but for the overall cost I can't really complain. I also received my finished goods as promised on time. I would definitely purchase from them again!

We have tried to make the order process as transparent as possible. Your order was placed for covers made with the material Cushion Rite. As mentioned on the product page, this material is 100% Solution Dyed Polyester Fabric with one side PU Coat. So to the touch it feels like vinyl.
For a fabric feel, you can choose the material Cover Fab. We see that our Free Swatch Kit was also delivered with this order. Kindly check the samples labeled COVER FAB.

I ordered covers for my Air Conditioner and for my 2-seat bistro table. The process to place the order was straight-forward and easy to follow. Covers & All were very good at requesting clarification from me, as I asked for a modification to one of their designs. The packages were delivered safely and intact. I waited the year to provide this review, to see how well they worked during our winter season. They were perfect!: in size, in protection, and in cleaning, now that we are into spring/summer. Very happy with the process and the products. Would order from Covers & All again.
The material I received is very plastic feeling. The weave is very large, I seen a tighter weave on pictures, I made sure by zooming in on material shown. I was also promised a free storage bag and did not receive. No impressed.

Placed an order online with coversandall based on ease of of ordering and the quality of materials used and workmanship. The pricing seemed to be very reasonable for the what we were getting based on how expensive our current outdoor furniture covers were and they were of inferior materials and construction. Placed order and was given an expected delivery date and a tracking number, i am happy to say orders showed up, before the expected date, its been a good experience.
