Well made product, very satisfied. I would like to see more fabrics and colours available though. I have a few more projects to do but would prefer a softer fabric so will be looking elsewhere for those. Fabrics in different colours and possibly even patterns would likely bring in more customers as well.
Unclear that prices were in CDN when paying directly by credit card -- I figured that out by starting a paypal payment (where it makes that clear). It is a. Ca URL but that doesn't necessarily mean prices are CDN (esp. Since the company is US and products appear to be made there). Would be good to make it clear to CDN shoppers that prices are actually CDN$. Wouldn't take much other than to add a note somewhere on any page where prices appear.
Would like to see more fabric colours / patterns. I settled on navy because it works, not because I particularly like it. If I was still married I'd likely not have been able to make the purchase.

I had ordered 4 customed seat cushions. They arrived a week late, but I was so pleased with the products that it was all ok. Good quality fabric, nice stitches, sturdy zippers. One of my covers was over 100 inches and I was pleased to see they had put the zipper along the horizontal side so it made it super easy to insert the foam. Note that all of my foams are commercial grade and new so in perfect shape.

Our custom covers are all handmade and go through various stages within production. To keep you informed of the progress of your order, our system automatically calculates the estimated delivery date and notifies you when a significant production change occurs. Thus, you received emails with the subject line "Your Order Has A New Delivery Date" - but within the email the new delivery date can be the same (22 April).
Your order was dispatched on 15 April via FedEx 978402297806; we had also shared this information via email. Regrettably, despite using global shipping leaders DHL / FedEx / UPS for deliveries, transit delay is outside our area of control. In order to alert you to the possibility of delivery delay, we also display a note on the Cart page, just below the shipping method.
Upon receiving your complaint on 29 April, we did immediately escalate this to our account manager at FedEx. We will notify you as soon as we have an update from FedEx. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. Meanwhile, if you have additional questions please do not hesitate to reach us via our 24x7 phone or chat helpline.

Had lots of trouble getting a quote that actually had the correct sizes in it. I spoke with someone by phone, email and three different website chat people before getting it mostly right. However, the products themselves are great! Fit perfectly. But another issue is that FedEx charged me some extra shipping costs when they arrived and shipping was supposed to be free. I contacted the company and they said they would refund that amount, but now no one is responding to my emails.

Was offered a discount and free shipping for first purchase. Was then charged shipping fees and product has still not arrived.

Arrived earlier than expected. Perfect timing to get my wood covered.
We were looking at replacing cushion on our patio set that were sun damage. It was almost the same amount to buy a new set. Until we found Covers & All CA. I entered the dimensions, zipper placement and colour. A few weeks later we had our covers.
Because of Covid and the quick turn around for our order, I was concerned that the quality would be just OK. After receiving it in the mail I was pleasantly surprised because the material feels heavy duty like it will last a lot longer than the original material that came with the cushions.
Also they fit perfectly. In a perfect world the only thing that I would change is the way the zipper pulls stay out and aren't hidden somehow in the seam. I will be purchasing again from this company.
