I had to call 4 times over 2 days to get someone who was able to answer a question about how to edit an order. You are clearly using a call center. Also I was given a discount code (Welcome 20) and that I wasn't able to get the system to recognize. The only reason I continued was because you were recommended by the the artist who made my new gathering table. I never got the promised discount even through I spent near $2,000 for the cover. The final product, however, was great.

First of all, the website was easy to navigate and the communication back and forth to make sure the sizing was perfect, was really a pleasant experience because you really don't see a lot of that these days. When the outdoor cushion covers arrived (we did not want to get rid of a whole patio set just because the bottom seat cushions were worn), I was surprised by the good quality weather proof material they used. The seat covers fit perfectly and the cost was the most reasonable I could find. Thank you Covers and All!

Ordered some covers that were to be used as dust covers for some delicate machinery in my workshop. Requested to have no vents or air pockets and that request was met without issue.
