I ordered this online and it was delivered quite quickly. I t was exactly what I ordered and very happy with the purchase.

It was very easy to place my order and when I called to find out why I hadn't received the coupon code for signing up for the newsletter the gentleman provided me a code that actually gave me an extra 5% discount. Great experience overall! The service for the cover was fantastic and the turnaround time was amazing. The reason for the 3-star rating is the cover doesn't fit right (it'll do the job but it's a tad too small on the swing frame), plus the material is very heavy and hard to manoeuvre. I was thinking it would be a bit lighter. Overall the cover works but it's not a cover I could easily put on every evening. It's more for when we aren't going to be home for extended periods of time or for over the winter.

It is my first time so will know on delivery. Was looking for something thick enough that would take the weight of my car with no problem and I found it. Thank you so much.
Note I also had asked if you would have eyeleigth to tight down the tarp to the ground. But received no answer. I guess I will have to use washers? Lol Maybe I will received answer if you can send me 30 of those hooks.

A bit difficult to navigate when multiple items.
The rest is perfect maybe an error on my part as two pieces are a little to wide.

Very easy shopping experience, and it fits perfectly. The only comment I have is I was surprised at how shiny the material was, it does not look the same on the website photos as it does in person.

This is my 2nd order with Covers and All. Initially in my 2nd order, I made a measurement error. The company contacted me to verify my measurements and after correcting my error, I received a refund for the new cost based on the corrected measurements. I am so happy with the service and received my custom coves in only a couple of weeks.

The whole process was so easy, the covers were shipped quicker than I expected, and most importantly they are so nice! I got the outdoor cushion covers for a little couch on my balcony, and it now looks 100x better.

Delivered sooner than expected. Great quality at a good price. Needed to add a couple of grommets. Material was tough enough that I had to make a few passes with the knife to cut the hole for the grommets.

Covers arrived and I replaced the dirty, torn, and tattered ones with these. They fit well and look nice. The true test of course is time. I've never had covers last over 2 years.

I purposely did not rate this purchase until it survived at least one winter in Canada because most covers barely survive more than one winter here. I am glad to report it has survived a Canadian winter and a windy one at that. The color is still dark and apart from some dirt it looks as good as new. I am confident that it will last many more years as it is made with strong materials and well constructed. The cover fits perfectly. I am happy with this purchase.
