Great quality, and speedy delivery. However, one of the cushions has black magic marker on the side, as it looks like someone was numbering the order on the taped package and it went onto the product. I am going to try and get it out, but this was disappointing.

Hi there, We were hesitant to do an online order - and worried about the measurements - because it was a custom order. So we ordered the chair covers first... but added a bit extra to be sure they would fit. But they came a little too big ( our fault for adding extra to the measurements). So then we ordered the cover for the curved sofa. This time we did not add any extra, and when it came it fit perfectly - like a glove. So thanks so much.

I love my new covers! On my first order I made an error on the color, it was a long weekend and I immediately sent a contact form indicating that I had made a mistake, within 24 hours they had replied to me that the air had been acknowledged and my order changed, and seemingly moments later I received confirmation that my order was being shipped. Although these orders aren't shipped from North America, they arrived quickly and once I received my FedEx tracking they were actually on route.

My covers arrived quickly and are beautifully made. The fabric is very sturdy but still feels comfortable, and I love the colour. Absolutely worth the very reasonable price!

My cover does not fit, the zipper cannot close, I can send pictures, if necessary.

We bought 4 custom outdoor covers for our fire-pit chairs. The website was so easy to navigate with numerous add-ons and options, that I was able to talk through the options with my spouse after I ordered it. He wanted me to add on a few details to each cover so I called to make the changes on an order I placed a couple days before. Lucky me it didn't go into production yet! The customer service rep (Daniel) was so kind and helpful, and fixed up my order on the spot; no issues at all. We were so happy with the product and service we decided to get a covers for the rest of our outdoor collection. Of course last min additions were wanted after the order was placed and sure enough we got the same rep. Daniel Kemp you are a wonderful help and support and you need to be recognized! There needs to be more Customer service reps like you! Thank you for all you do!
