They take advantage of unemployed citizens trying to get back into the working field. Overdrafting my already broke bank account. I was more than okay with paying $2 a month to help support the site. But they just take advantage of you i have 4 separate charges. Some even being only 3 cents, this company is full of criminals.
After agreeing to pay the $1.95 for the FREE coverletter I thought I had opted out of the membership when paying for it. HUGE mistake! Checked my account on the 15th day and they had already charged me the $39.80. And they will NOT refund! Its sad this is how people make money these days. My experience is exactly the same as all of the bad reviews posted! After spending over a half hour building my "FREE" cover letter, the site informed me I had to pay a $1.95 fee! I begrudgingly paid so I could send my resume off. Now 2 weeks later they are taking $39.80 out of my account, which will leave my account negative! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! By the way, the person that responds to every review - what a joke you are!

Horrible customer service. Says will be billed weekly 9.95, but charged for the whole month. They don't care about the customer or the service they are just trying to pull a fast one on anyone who needs a cover letter. If someone doesn't want your service, give them there money. You can't even talk to the people who make the refund decision, everything about this screams FAKE! Also every response to all complaints on here is given the same response which means it's just generated to try and make them seem like a real company. Beware they are not!

I paid $1.95 for your cover letter and no where in their did it show that you were going to start charging my account 38.90 a month and you can look to confirm I have not used your service not even logged on once. Worst Billing Practice Ever! I cancelled my account after a $38 charge 14 days later. I was expecting the $3.00/month. It's not clear and they refused me a refund.

After signing up for a $1.95 "trial", was immediately advised with an email that, (nothing stating that this would be the case on web site so cost notice was for first time), that I would be billed $9.95 a week ongoing until I cancelled. Resume format impossible to work with. Web site had no functional way to cancel "subscription", phone contact link busted, web chat not responded to. Sent email, hopefully I can get them to cancel before they start billing me further.

I signed up for a 14 day trial for $1.89. After that I called to cancel my trial so I don't get charged any more money, the girl claims to have cancelled my account and then 5 minutes later I get an email saying " Thank you for your MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, you will be charged $3 every month" I called again, and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Never again will I sign up for anything with this company cause its a huge scam and they lie to their customers. I was told my account was cancelled but in reality I was signed up for $3 a month subscription.

I used the site for the advertised 14 day trial and without realizing that from them on at around 0200 they were billing me $39.80. So pretty much scamming off my bank account while I was sleeping.
