Complete fraud of a website. You cant sign up for the 1.95, they just immediately charge you the 20 and then tell you you have to wait 4 days to have your money refunded. I highly reccomend you do not use this website and if anyone has any other horror stories from this website please contact me as I am making a claim to the better business bureau against these fraudulent people. They offer no help and if you call for customer service be ready to be sent to a call center in India where no one can help and apparently no one has supervisors
If you see a charge on your account from the free trial, then you should call them. Their customer service was very friendly and happily refunded the charge without question.

First of all, it says FREE. It is not free. They charge $1.95 for a service that doesn't work. I created a cover letter, but did not GET the letter. Couldn't download or print without calling customer service. THEN, they charged an additional unauthorized $19.95 after I canceled the account! I called to get a refund and they said to wait for an email 24-48 hours. No good!

I used the service one time for a cover letter and paid a one time charge of like 2 dollars then a few months later I realize that I have been paying 20 bux a month for the service without realizing it, I could have read the fine print more I guess but I feel swindled because after the one time payment that automatically makes me pay for monthly charges if I don't cancel the service. The customer service is great the man was very helpful in canceling my service and informing me on what happened but I think the way they make it seem like your just buying a one time thing then make you pay monthly is unethical.

I'v not made a cover letter or resume for quite sometime. After finding this site on the web and using it, it was perfect. They had great selections of cover letter and resume to choose from. A very nice template to write or add from their selections of jobs that you are applying for, which I thought were perfect for my lack and inexperience resume background! Thanks guys..

I was pleased with the program until I finished paying $1.95 for a 14 day trial. Once I submitted payment, I noticed I was also charged $9.95 for Professional Resume Review, which I did not select. I immediately contacted customer service. Ener, the representative that I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in resolving the issue. He sent me an email to confirm that my subscription had been cancelled and a credit would be issued within a couple of days. He also emailed me attachemnts of my cover letter because it would not download from the site. He was very kind and understanding of my frustration. Ener deserves a raise! :) The cover letter templates were just what I was looking for. I will be watching my bank account for the reimbursement.

I signed up for the free trial to get some ideas for different types of cover letters and resumes. Examples were mediocre at best, I've seen better for free. The interface was awkward to use. I found out after spending 21/2 hours crafting a resume, that the SAVE button does not really save your work you MUST press the FINISH button to actually save it to the web site, if you are planning to leave the site and resume working on a letter/resume later. Nowhere did I see that specified and requested they add a warning, "To save your work you must press FINISH" so others don't make the same mistake. I lost everything and they were not able to retrieve my data. I decided to cancel my subscription and did so on my account page. A day later a $20 charge appeared on my credit card, although the payment due date for a full subscription was taken out at least 2 weeks before the due date shown on my account page. Customer server was awesome and very professionally handled my subscription requests immediately (cancellation and a credit to my account) and sent confirmations to my email. Sorry it was such a disappointment.

Without any notice or warning, except for some probably extremely small writing, I have been getting charged $20.00 a month for this service in which I'm not even using! You get charged at all different dates and times and I was even charged TWICE in February! When I canceled my subscription, I was sent an email saying I could contact Customer Service any time from 6 AM - 12 Midnight EST. Lie. I called the number and could not reach anyone. I am extremely dissatisfied with this. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THE SMALL WRITING AND CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS. It's my fault, but this is very upsetting.

You can download a plain text version for free. To further our user experience, we provide the option of a 14-day trial for a small fee.
When you select our 14-day trial enrollment, it provides all details on screen that after the 14th day it will auto enroll into the monthly subscription service. It also explains, that you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that, unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription.
Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well. Auto emails can get picked up by the filter as spam or junk mail, redirecting this to the junk/Spam folder. Please, be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder.
