Used the service to make a cover letter and paid $1.95. It was a pretty nice cover letter. I liked the many different formats they provide and how easy it was to use.
However, 2 weeks later they charged me for $19.95, even though I never used the service again.
I contacted customer service and they understood and helped me out! Andres was great! Great customer service is something many companies lack nowadays, this company isn't one of those.

I think the website was awesome. I like the customer service rep (Juan Morales) very friendly and professional. However it took him forever to cancel my service and I didn't like that at all. It should take that long( 20 mins) to cancel a subscription.

I loved that it got me going on how do set up my cover letter. However, I had to call support after paying for the trial that I though was a free trial. I wasn't prompted to pay until I finished my cover letter. After calling support and accessing my cover letter, I found formatting errors such as the margins were not the same from right to left and I wanted to change to font size and I couldn't even get this fixed after importing it into Word 2010. I will not renew this on a monthly basis.

I used Cover-Letter-Now once and thought it was free. To my surprise, I received a $19.95 charge. When I called customer service I spoke to Dana, who was very accommodating and friendly. She helped me cancel the service and even was able to get me a refund. I was also happy with the cover letter and other services.

Same as everyone else's story. Scammed into paying $20 to a service that was not stated or advertised. Contacting them through email they said that I didn't cancel my "free" trial (5days) soon enough and I chose the automatic renewal... they charged me on day THREE! Can't get my money back.

They should have a zero because that's what I would rate them. They're really unprofessional they take money out of your account even when you cancel the subscription and unsubscribe to them I EVEN HAD TO email customer service and all they want to say is that they can return a certain amouth and tell me THE SAME THING PEOPLE ARE LISTEN IN THE COMMENTS BELOW. They keep taking my money out of my account and continue to make my account negative this is ridiculous. I recommend no one to subscribe to this day literally taking 40 bucks in one month and they will refund and continue to take it back out the next day it's ridiculous.
