Signed up for their "one report for one dollar." They claimed I signed up for the $30 volume plan and charged me $30. I used their chat to push back against this bogus charge. Was told I likely made an error when I originally signed up. I did not. At any rate they say they will void the $30 charge and void all additional charges. We will see how this turns out. The report for my property was good. The chat-dude was courteous. The bogus charge was a real problem in wanting to use them again.
I needed info on a house quickly and thought I was dealing with the county website. Instead I was on properties.com. I am not sure how that happened but the report comes quickly. I did not want a subscription though
