I used Live Chat to request information regarding a recent transaction fee that had been charged to my credit account. A good response was provided very quickly and my subsequent request to cancel this account was carried through in less than a minute.

ALSO HELP ME OUT TO MAKE THE CANCELATION OF MY ACCOUT CAUSEI DIDNT WANTED ANY MONTHLY SUBCRIPTIONS.

I created an account to obtain one report. Creating an account will automatically start billing monthly for the ability to request additional reports, which I'm not interested in at this point. There's no way to cancel the account without contacting them and requesting cancellation. That should be easier. Donna was very friendly and helpful in explaining how the account works and what is required for cancellation, which I appreciate. I just think I should have been able to access my credit card information and cancel the account myself.
With my situation my back was against the wall and I couldn't find it at home. I found this web sight through my County Recorders Office on line. It was everything I needed and more.

I just wanted to find some information about the home I had just purchased and this was the first website I pulled up. However, I couldn't get logged into the site and that was a little concerning since it was charging my card and I was unaware of why. I noticed the website had a live chat option and I opened a chat with Raymond. He was VERY helpful in letting me know that I fat-fingered my email into the system and my receipts were going to an incorrect email. He was able to help me get this rectified and I would recommend this service to anyone who needs the information that the website provides!
