I was trying to get information about a property I own and only needed one report. Well when I was clicking through the prompts I didn't realize that I purchased more than one report until after I clicked agree and was waiting on the next page to load. So I started a chat with customer service and got a response right away. I asked for a refund for the full amount MINUS the 1 dollar report that I needed. They didn't hesitate to just give me a full refund within minutes. I will definitely be back again for any more reports I need in the future. Very much appreciated.

I went on the site to look up a public record for building permits. After the $1 fee, which it said was needed per report, I was overloaded with a lot of suggestive reports ($15 here, $10 here.) Nothing made sense. I ended up not finishing, scared that I would pay into something I wasn't asking for. Later, I received an email that gave me a FULL report on the house I was looking into, including the building permit. Okay, I got the info I needed, looks good. A few days later, a $30 fee shows up. Apparently, without asking, it subscribed me to a bundle report subscription. When I initially got worried, and googled, this is apparently a problem with the site, and others felt scammed in doing so. Needless to say, I was not happy with this, and was going to dispute the charge with my bank. Yet, I found on the site that they address this "Fee," and are willing to refund it, while also closing my account. I would use the site if it were only $1 per report, as advertised, but the set up is confusing, and I hate hidden fees. Thank goodness they refunded hassle free, otherwise it would be a 1 star scam site. Use at your own risk.
Once you know your location for the court you simply just follow the prompts. It's an excellent system and very in=expensive.

I am a Realtor in Indian River County and didn't know much about St. Lucie property, but this information will help me price the property for the owner incase he decides to sell it in the future.
