Do not trust them when they say one payment a year, you will be asked more payment every time you search for more document. If you sign up for this website plan to pay more than the yearly payment. I was ask to pay more after I made a full payment of the year price.

I purchase the Premium Account from Course Hero for the year May 2021 to May 2022. However, after approximately four months I was locked out of my account and was never able to regain access again. I followed the instructions of Course Hero technical staff and still, until this day, I have not been able to open this "Premium" account.
I requested a refund and have not received it as of this day.

I ASKED NICELY AND EXPLAIN THE SITUATION! HAVE NOT AND WILL NOT USE ANY OF YOUR SERVICES! YOU JUST MAKING THINGS DIFFICULT FOR ME... BEGINNING THINK ITS A SCAM!

These leaches make you jump through multiple hoops to get anything from their site. In the time it took me to get any information from the I could have got it from simply searching the web. Be prepared to waste your time if you want information quickly. Honestly the worst I have seen in quite some time.

I've needed help multiple times and have went to the website with hope that it will help me but it blurs our the answer AND YOU HAVE TO PAY?! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I HOPE IT GETS MORE ONE STARS SO IT CAN GET OFF OF GOOGLE AND STOP WASTING PEOPLE TIME! I HATE YOU COURSE HERO!

I really wish there was a rating lower than one, because that is what they deserve. Absolute trash of a website. Their membership fee is $25/month or $100 something/year. This is an education website, which means it aims at students (AKA BROKE PEOPLE). And the content they provide in exchange for that is content that can be found anywhere on the web for cheap, if not free. If you can't afford their membership price they will allow you to access their documents by uploading 10 academic documents in exchange for 5 document unlocks, which by the way, is a long process because you have to wait for the documents to be approved. Even then, after uploading the 10 it asks for, it'll still show that you need to upload 10 more or 5 more or whatever. The most frustrating part is, if you want to delete documents you uploaded, you can't do it on your own. You have to contact them and explain why you would like for it to be taken down! They decide whether they will take it down or not, Ridiculous! I was so fed up, I finally decided to deactivate my account, even though they won't remove my documents after deactivating. Lo and behold, the website won't allow me to deactivate! What kind of virtual prison is this?! Every time I click deactivate, it takes me to a 'page not found' window. I contacted them and still nothing! WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THIS!?!?!?!

Its really dumb why they make you spend money for a literal cheat sheet that your only gonna use once or give ten documents to them, i just wanna get a good grade and check my work and make corrections but in order to that i have to either PAY REAL money with a credit card/pay pal which i don't have i'm in high school. Or shell out ten of your documents to them ten worksheets is a lot of worksheets that's 2 full weeks of school. I'm 14 and i'm taking biology right now and this web quest assignment which has 43 questions took a while and i wasn't sure if i got all of the questions right and i just wanted an answer key to check if they were correct and low and behold i have to pay to get one.

If this were to be a 0 star review, I will give this a 0 star review because the way they want you to sign in that is download documents and select classes your taking is like putting information into a random form and submitting it to the submitter. I would recommend not to have this website. Yet, they should change their way of signing up into Course Hero so we won't have to write a review about the negativity of Course Hero.

It's an absolute scam and a waste of time! I'm so glad I tested it out first before paying for it. You'll supposedly get 5 unlocks if you upload 10 original documents but once you upload 10, they'll ask you for 10 more even though it shows that you've already uploaded 10. My naive and brainless self decided to upload 10 more anyways but they bloody asked for another 10. Eventually, I got these 5 unlocks but it wasn't worth it. Every document you open even if they weren't the one you wanted to unlock and see will count as one of the 5 unlocks you have. I'm an atheist but praying to god to get answers to some of my assessment questions seems more plausible than this crap.

Website is a trap into getting you to pay by promising loads of useful information, and then once you're bought in, you realize there's hardly any deep information there.

Not worth what you pay, not even worth the time for the sign up process. Please do not waste your time and money on it.

Every time I upload documents it takes several days (a lot longer than their claimed 24 hour period) for me to receive my unlocks. Whenever I try to contact customer support, they always pretend that it's because I didn't upload enough documents even though my account says I uploaded 10 documents.

Also once you do receive the unlocks, the content is useless 99% of the time.

I can't believe people actually pay for memberships to this horrible site.

If you are a tutor and you are working for them be rest assured that they will eventually get away with your money. You work for them and they end up closing your account and the money and you are not allowed to withdraw it. You can't login the website in first place because they do away with your account.

They closed my account and locked me out the made away with more than $1800. I even thought they were a US company,,,,,,, $#*!! They are Indians

As part of their freebie material system, they expect you to upload 10 of your work. It's a scam to steal your work without letting you see anyone else's. You're going to be on the upload page for hours (if you haven't given up yet. I exited the upload page and re-entered and the material which I was trying to upload, only to find it has uploaded. It's not a server problem, it's not a connection problem, you're going to be on the "processing" status for hours if you actually decide to stay.
