I read the rules. Watched the video and followed all instructions completely... Waited for refund that never came, then when asked about it they said I must have done something wrong when purchasing qualifying product. WASTE OF TIME. They claim to monitor transactions but really don't... my claim and product purchase were 2 minutes 18 seconds apart. Hard for me to have visited another page in between and completed an order as they alleged. UNSUBSCRIBING NOW! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Sit for hours waiting to claim a coupon... time to claim it, clicked on it and couldn't get the coupon. Pop up said all have been claimed? Not worth your time to get a few bucks!

What a waste of my time. Don't waste yours! Too many hoops, and site issues. Not worth what you get back.
Quickly changed the coupon so I wouldn't be entitled to the $25 restaurant coupon, then sent me an email saying I wasn't qualified. Smh...

Looks like they've completely redesigned the site since the previous reviews and have streamlined everything. Great site! I feel like I'm shopping for discounts.
I was so excited to check out this site my friend reccommended to me. At first, I was browsing through every coupon offer and getting excited that I was saving a bunch of money. Now, it's the opposite.
Their site is structured in the wrong areas. They let you see the coupons that are expiring today- which is great- but the only other alternative is to browse through the zillion coupons they have for different websites classified alphabetically.
Don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic way to save money- especially since it's free- but most of them are "free shipping", "10% off", "Buy 2 get one free"- which are usually stated ON the websites' main page. I honestly would rather search google for coupons after I have a checkout screen ready- it would save me more time then shopping for coupons.

Answer: Amazon purchases will not count toward earning "cash back" rewards. However, sometimes there are special coupons or codes that can be applied to Amazon purchases, and you can redeem your cash back rewards toward an Amazon gift card instead of actual cash at a higher rate of exchange so your earned points go further. I love that option.
Answer: I purchased 75$ from jcpenny after i won offer and eas directed to jcpenney made my purchase according to rules and did not get check back. Also if you question any of their practices they deactivate you. Horrible customer service

I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience while using our website. Unfortunately, I was not able to locate your account based on the information you provided. That being said, I would like to share some information with you that might help you better understand the outcome of the order you had placed.
Based on what you said it appears you may have submitted a claim for a purchase that was later denied. Please note that when a claim is submitted for an order we then submit a claim of our own to the store you placed your order with. The store takes this claim under review and provides us with a determination, wherein they either approve or deny it. If your claim was denied by the store that would mean that CouponCabin was not able to earn a commission. If we are not able to earn a commission for a purchase we are not able to provide you with cash back for it, since that is the basis of how our program works. I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding this matter.
