I can admit when it has been my mistake for not getting a cash back. Why? Because it's so easy to do. Shop first then log on to coupon cabin and check out! I used to only use them when shopping online by mail. Now I use coupon cabin to do my everyday shopping. Not only do I get cash back but I save time because I just go pick up my order. In addition, I'm don't find myself "lost" in a store spending money that I wouldn't otherwise spend.

I have been using Couponcabin for over 4 years. If I ever have a concern about a rebate or code not working, a representative gets back right away. Last year they actually went back and forth with a particular company for 5 months getting my rebate! They are awesome!

They made my account inactive 1 week before rewards were to be paid out. I've emailed 10 times and have gotten 2 generic responses saying terms were violated. I've questioned many times how I violated a policy when I used there service one time and have yet to receive an answer. I can guarantee you this is a scam as I'm a 33 year old female who used there service one time for CallawayPreowned and never violated any terms of the agreement and this is the only cashback program I've tried. Just a warning it's not about the reward it's the principle these crooks making money off the people then saying were the ones corrupt. Shame
Notice how Marcus responds to all claims that Rules were violated but doesn't explain how or why they were violated-What is there to hide CouponCabin? Seems like an easy way to put blame on someone with no explanation. What rules did I go around when I've used your site once for one reward? I click a link that leads to a website were I make a purchase then your suppose to uphold your side of the agreement. Again slowly so you may understand-How did I supposedly violate the terms of the agreement? I will contact CallawayPreowned to let them know your not paying out rewards.
I use CouponCabin, TopCashback and Ebates to compare who will give me the best rebate on things I buy online. I've had a good experience so far with all of them. When I had an issue with CouponCabin, their team were quick to respond and get it resolved. Sometimes, I'm un-convinced that when I click on a rebate it has actually taken, but that is likely just my own fear as it's worked almost every time.
I belong to a few coupon/rebate sites. We all want the best deal and get the most money back, right? Well, recently I went through Coupon Cabin to make a purchase using one of their coupons and it didn't work. I didn't make the purchase but I let them know that coupon didn't work. They guarantee their coupons and I thought, "yeah right" but within an hour of my email, I got a response and a $25 gift certificate! Now, THAT'S impressive! I have been using CouponCabin for several months now, and am very impressed with the quality of their service. As others have stated, they have ALL the latest coupons, and the cash back program adds up. I had 2 times where the store I was shopping at did not submit the cash back that I expected, and CouponCabin's support team investigated the issues and resolved them to my satisfaction. Everyone involved was friendly and professional, and patient. Receiving cash back does take time (basically 2 months as others have mentioned), but when it is time, the cash has posted very quickly to my preferred account. Also, it is easy to edit the minimum cash back total, if I need the money for something I am buying, and I have the cash back accumulated, Every little bit does help! Just started using CouponCabin, but have saved almost $75.00. They have a wide variety of stores with discounts. Their customer service was fast and efficient when I needed to contact them. So far, only complaint is the length of time to get your savings. They say after return policy has passed, but actually appears to be automatic two monrhs. Other sites are not so delayed.

I accidentally found coupon cabin cash back program when searching for a GanderMountain coupon, I ended up signing up and got a 25% cash back for first time user. I was skeptical since I have never seen 25% cash back from a coupon site before, usually it's 15% max and only for a few selective sites. I decided to give couponcabin a try, bought a fishing reel for $139 and 3 months later I got $28 back in my paypal.
The only thing negative is you have to wait 90 days while some other similar sites only make you wait 30 or 60 days.

Although living in Germany I cannot use my cash refund, once in the states I will then have the chance to use it. The customer service was super friendly and I wish other institutions would get on the train coupon cabin has going. They responded to my emails quick and were very educated in the job field(s).
They cancelled my account so they wouldn't have to pay me. When I asked for an explanation their customer service gave me an automated email saying "read the Terms and Conditions." That's pretty slimy behavior.

I had question about a promo code for under Armour and I got a reply right away. They couldn't figure out the why the code didn't work for me. They tested it and it worked for them. They gave me a $25gift card for Restaurants.com for my trouble. Very satisfied with the customer service. I had a response in less than 15 minutes!
