I recently found CouponCabin after another company discontinued association with Home Depot. I love their cash back deals. They are quite generous, and they offer coupons too.
I am very happy with CouponCabin. I just got my first check. It does take a while to go through the process, but all sites like this are the same. All sites have glitches from time to time. Download the widget to be sure that cash back is active.
Customer service is quick to respond. I sent an email and they responded within 10 minutes!
CouponCabin definitely saves me money when I am shopping online. Between the coupons and the rebates I save a decent amount! Twice I had the issue of my rebate not posting but both times my issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this site to those who dislike paying retail prices!
I made a purchase that was supposed to give me $20 cash back in 60 days. It was well past the 60 and I went on the website to look into it. It said I was sent the rebate check weeks earlier. I never received this. I emailed cust. Serv and told them I never received it. Within a say they came back and said they were reissuing a check and it would go out by Friday. It was sent on Friday and I received it the following week. No hassle, no weeks of investigation, no questions asked. Love Coupon Cabin

I had clicked on the wrong coupon to make a purchase, but didn't realize it until I got my summary. I contacted CouponCabin via their website. I received an e-mail within a few hours. After explaining what had happened, the customer service rep fixed my mistake and e-mailed me a confirmation of the correction. All in the same afternoon! Thanks for fixing my goof with no hassle. I haven't been using CouponCabin for long, but this great experience has me hooked! I'll be using this site a lot more.
CouponCabin customer service has always been extremely quick to respond to any inquiries regarding missing cashback. On one occasion, I hadn't read the requirements correctly and wasn't eligible for cashback on an in store purchase. It wasn't the answer I wanted, but I understood with the clear explanation I received from CouponCabin. On another occasion, cashback wasn't credited on a large purchase. My inquiry was addressed quickly, with updates along the way, and my account was credited with the missing $16 rebate within just a couple of days.
I've been a user for some 8 months now I'd say, so I feel like I know my way around the service pretty well by now. Truth is, it really is as simple and straightforward as it seems. You get cash back, they get a referral fee, and everyone's happy. I'm writing this review after interacting with customer service and it was stellar. It really feels like they know what they are talking about. In these 8 months I've received around 200$ of cashback, so if your a smart shopper, it's definitely worth it.
This site works and is great! I just go to coupon cabin first then go to whichever site I want through them... and they pay! Recently one of my "clicks" didn't go through so I emailed them, the responded immediately and they fixed the problem for me within a couple days!
I was a new user to both CouponCabin and QVC and when I made my first purchase I clicked thru the links incorrectly and did not receive my full cashback credit for my purchase. I contacted CouponCabin and they responded quickly to my email and immediately applied the missing cashback to my account, even though it had been my error. Very kind and responsive customer care.
I cannot recommend CouponCabin as it is (as far as I know) the only cash back website that charges a monthly maintenance fee ($4.00/month) if your account stays inactive. By doing so, they are behaving just like banks and financial institutions. This is a trick or a trap, a way for CouponCabin not to have to pay you the cash back you have earned. A very bad business practice. Try other cash back websites instead, like Ebates.
I had an issue with a cashback not posting, but customer service was great and responsive. I am happy with the customer experience.
It's so easy to use coupon cabins site and to get checks in the mail for things I buy. I wasn't to sure if it would work and I have already received several checks with out any effort on my part. I just use the site and buy the things I normally buy, then I get a rebate from coupon cabin. I love this site!

Have used a competitor's site for awhile, but thought I'd give Coupon Cabin a try, as their % cash back offers were a bit higher. Have already received my first check, and when I ran into a problem with one transaction, Kristin in Customer Service communicated promptly and was able to resolve the problem with the store in question, even though it took her several attempts. Very impressed with the offers and the customer service!

Coupon Cabin asks that you let them know if any of their deals don't work. I was trying to use a deal for Southwest Airlines that stated it was good for travel through June, 2017. However, when I tried to check flights for May, they were not available. I contacted Coupon Cabin and they responded quickly, and offered me a $25 Restaurant.com gift card. Very pleased with the outcome, and will definitely use more of their deals in the future.
So I bought shoes from underamour but CouponCabin never gived me my cashback. They said that underarmour did not gived them credits. But this is lies beaucause I contacted underarmour and they said that they gived credits. Lol...

I started using Coupon Cabin recently for back to school shopping. I was surprised by how quickly you can start earning large checks. I have had only 1 issue since beginning with Coupon Cabin and as soon as I sent in the information it was investigated and corrected. Coupon Cabin allows you to get bigger rebates the more you use the service and I have earned close to $100 in less than three months by comparison shopping, using rebates and instant coupons! Very thankful I stumbled across Coupon Cabin!
I was skeptical that I would get a response to a missing transaction yet less than one day later not only did I get a response but the entire issue was resolved and account updated. Extremely pleased.
Answered my question re: missing cashback by immediately awarding the full amount. This was done on a weekend and was an unexpected pleasant surprise.

Answer: Amazon purchases will not count toward earning "cash back" rewards. However, sometimes there are special coupons or codes that can be applied to Amazon purchases, and you can redeem your cash back rewards toward an Amazon gift card instead of actual cash at a higher rate of exchange so your earned points go further. I love that option.
Answer: I purchased 75$ from jcpenny after i won offer and eas directed to jcpenney made my purchase according to rules and did not get check back. Also if you question any of their practices they deactivate you. Horrible customer service

That said, the maintenance fee that we have in place is only triggered when (a) your account balance is below $10 AND (b) you have not made a cashback eligible transaction in 365 days. Please also note that the amount is $2.50 and not $4.00. Said another way, as long as you make one cashback eligible order though CouponCabin a year (for any amount), you'll never see this fee.
