I've been using CouponCabin for a few months now. (Not a lot, because I do most of my shopping on Amazon where sadly there's no bonus). I just have the browser add-on so it alerts me if I'm on a site where I could make a few bucks back from CC. I don't track my purchases and what I expect to receive from them, but I make sure to go through CC (with AdBlocker paused) before checkout. And it adds up over time. I've only reported a coupon not working once, for an order I didn't bother completing the purchase for without the coupon, and I got a very quick response plus the $25 to Restaurants.com (which I wasn't expecting since I didn't make a purchase). Overall, it's been easy to work with, accurate, and resulted in a little money back that would have just been gone before. Recommended.

FRUSTRATING!

I thought this was a great site until...
Recently I made a Hertz.com online order via couponcabin and didn't receive any cashback. Apparently because, "We just heard back from Hertz and, unfortunately, they advised us that we did not receive credit for referring your order to them. As a result they will not be paying us a commission for your order so we are not able to provide you with cash back for it." says couponcabin.

I do not understand why they have all these offers https://www.couponcabin.com/coupons/hertz/ on their site if a member cannot receive cashback for the same. I'm thinking... Just don't promise any offers then!

I used to have a glowing review of CouponCabin, but, then something happened with them. After being a loyal customer for YEARS, they decided to close my account. They, like many others, told me there was weird activity on my account. I had to scan my license to them to prove it was me. After I did that, that is when they decided to close it. What they did with my scanned license, I do not know. When I asked to prove they deleted it, they said they would no longer communicate with me. If anyone wants to start up a class action for privacy issues, count me in. BeFrugal wins.

I have done business with a lot of well known large companies. I will continue doing business with a company that has great Customer Services. Customer Service is not like it use to be. If you have a problem with a product, billing statement, returns, etc they don't want to deal with the customer. Or to get to speak to a person if you get lucky, you have to push 100 different number and then you get disconnected. I have had outstanding Customer Service with Coupon Cabin. Coupon Cabin is all new to me and their Customer Service has gone out of their way for me to understand how their program works. They answered all my questions in a very short time and helped me benefit by using their company. Coupon Cabin treats me with respect and are very professional. Companies have forgotten what Customer Service is all about and they are only worried about one thing, themselves.

While it is definitely not easy money, it does work. I have been using Coupon Cabin for a couple of months and while my transactions have not always run smooth--due in large part on my end with a stubborn pop-up blocker--I have found that working with the customer service team, all issues have been resolved in a reasonable amount of time. It is essentially, free money. It is not easy, but I appreciate it and the help they gave me in getting it.

I also use Ebates, so I like to supplement Coupon Cabin when they have better cash back percentage on certain sites. I had an issue with my PayPal being tied to other coupon accounts, no matter what I did I couldn't detach it. The rep took care of it! So happy with my service.

I contacted Coupon Cabin as there was not anything pending in my cash back credit. I contacted Coupon Cabin and they diligently worked through and I provided them with receipts and ultimately I received credit for ordering from the two vendors based on loyalty from Coupon Cabin. The thoroughness and customer service is what it is all about and they deserve kudos for a job well done. Thank you Coupon Cabin.

I have used Coupon Cabin for years and it's always been great when I needed a code. Now that I have an up to date computer with Windows10, I downloaded their program that helps to get the most cashback by showing a banner at the top of applicable shopping sites so you don't forget to use it (which is great for my forgetful mind). Since then, I have been racking up the cashback and am VERY happy! You can't go wrong with Coupon Cabin so give it a try :)

There are specific guidelines for using the service like making sure you've signed in & that your browser accepts cookies among other things but once those are together you DO log cash back on purchases and YES, checks come in the mail!
There is excellent follow through from the staff and what else can I say? It's genuine...

My first promo code from Coupon Cabin failed but life is not perfect; the measure of a company is not from a mistake but rather, their response. I noticed their guarantee of a $25 Restaurant.com certificate for any failed coupon or code. I promise you, folks, if somethings going to fail it will be at my hands. I admit to rolling my eyes when I requested my certificate and wondering if I could use it years from now if and when I got it. I was surprised and delighted to get an immediate response followed within an hour or two by my certificate and a sincere apology. And just now, a week later or less, an email from Ryan Ewart, head of customer service, thanking me for filling out their customer service survey. Well done, Coupon Cabin. Kudos to all.

I came across a coupon code for a site I was considering making a purchase and saw this coupon code that should have worked for an additional discount but was not for some reason. I saw that Coupon Cabin says they update their info every few hours on non working codes etc and they have a guarantee that if it does not work then they will send you a $25 gift card. They sent me an email within the day saying here's the link to your $25 gift card and it actually works. So kuddos for keeping you end of the bargain. I have told my friends and will continue to use your site and codes!
