This site is amazing! It is available on PC or apps for phones and tablets. I have to say I started slowly... I think the first month I got $2.00 back and maybe saved $15.00 with in store coupons. This month I am due to have $60.00 posted in my PayPal account. That was from booking my trip and other things bought online. Keep in mind that this doesn't count the other $30.00 or $40.00 I've saved by downloading printable/scannable coupons while shopping IN the stores. ONLINE you can stack any coupons with Penny's coupons, Sears/Kmart shop your way POINTS and Kohl's cash to name a few. In the store you just present the downloaded coupon and go. For example I purchased a $400.00 grill at Kmart for my husband. It was on sale and between the coupon I found on Couponcabin and my Shoppers Points I ended up spending $287.00 including tax! I even had an extra coupon that helped the lady in line behind me save $30.00 on a grill she was buying!
JUST TRY IT. You have nothing to lose because it costs nothing to sign up! Another great feature is als if you don't have a PayPal account they'll send you a check.
Coupon Cabin - offers low cost goods/services wants to send refund to PayPal or Address. Try to get you to log on to your PayPal acct while in their "SURVEY" when you refuse and opt for physical address there appears to be so type of "problem" or you are attempting to mess them up!

I have purchased the vacation package through coupon cabin with priceline that was over $2400. I was supposed to receive a cash back bonus. I few weeks after my vacation, I tried to log in and my account was blocked. Tried to contact many, many times coupon cabin to resolve this problem. Finally, Ryan called me back and said my account was blocked due to fraudulent transaction. I asked to prove or explain which one they consider fraudulent transaction. Nothing.... This is a scam, there were no fraudulent transaction. they just keep the money, they dont pay their customers. Stay away from this web site.

They offered me 12% back at Nike if I signed up within 2 minutes so I did. When I clicked on the rebate it was not 12%, but 9%. I immediately emailed their customer service. One month and about 20 emails later, they have changed their story and added limits numerous times. Even when I showed them previous emails from their people they recanted and said I misunderstood. Then they said as a gesture of goodwill they'd give me the 12% instead. But when I checked my account they only gave me 7.7%... not even the 9%. So I asked again. They said there was a payout limit. And now when they see this they will respond for you all to see, saying how great they are and how I can contact them again for help and on and on... it's a scam, bait and switch, lie, and very deceptive con. Glad I only wasted a month on this. I used ebates during the Thanksgiving/Christmas season and didn't have one issue. I should have never tried this disreputable company.

I am sorry to hear that you’re dissatisfied with the service you received but it’s important to note that CouponCabin Cashback works very differently than other cashback sites you may have used. Where many sites offer a flat 3% back, as you note, CouponCabin offered 9% and even 12% back for Nike.com purchases. Because we pay out so much more than other sites, we must put maximum cashback levels on each offer. We clearly list these maximums along side the cashback amount on our site and the vast majority of users never hit these maximum levels, but in your case, your transaction did hit our maximum of $16 back. I’m sorry you’re disappointed with us here, but our cashback just works differently than what you’re maybe used to on other sites. If you give us another shot, I bet you’ll find that you’ll earn more on CouponCain than if you use other sites.

I registered with Coupon Cabin to receive the introductory 12% cash back on Nike.com. After noticing I did not receive my cash back, I reported it missing. They responded saying that they were not compensated for the transaction because another cash back website received credit for it. I assured them I did not receive cash back from anywhere else but they refused to work with me and blamed me for not using their service correctly. I know for a fact that I clicked their link directly prior to making my purchase. It is unfortunate that they will lose a customer over one transaction.

When Nike responded they indicated that a different website referred the order to them, so we would not be compensated for it. Numerous inquiries via their webform as well as *******@couponcabin.com, received confirmation indicating they received my inquiries and that someone would get back to me. Never happened. Previously, I utilized a similar site that offers cash back on purchases as well, if there was an issue, they were on top of it. As long as there was an open visit on the date in question to the store and I could forward the order, they always compensated me. I can't even get couponcabin to respond to me. The only reason I tried them was because there was a store being offered on Coupon Cabin that wasn't offered on the other site I was using. I was making a relatively large (expensive) purchase and wanted to receive cashback. Please don't respond stating to contact *******@couponcabin.com, for that is the email address I am referencing. I can't believe in this day and age, that a company believes they will actually survive with poor (or perhaps I should say no) customer service. For those reading this, I HIGHLY recommend EBATES and no, I don't work for them, I've saved over $400 dollars in cash back and have always been treated properly.

Clicked on an offer to get 7% back on a purchase from newegg. Completed my purchase and provided documentation. Now they claim the other site hasn't confirmed my purchase. Its been almost 2 months. Many emails with customer service. Nobody seems to care. Why advertise a deal from a "partner" if you can't get the "partner" to confirm a purchase? It doesnt make the partner look bad... it makes you look bad and fishy. Look at some of the other reviews here... all saying the same thing. I will NEVER use coupon cabin again. Horrible experience. STAY AWAY!
I see "Ryan" responded. Ive already been in touch with Ryan and customer service before I posted this review. Here is what Ryan said in his last email to me..."This process can take as long as 90 days in some cases depending on policies of the store in question."
So you have not disputed my claims at all. Only confirmed them. I am not going to email you again because its a giant waste of time. YOU SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE SOMETHING YOU CAN"T FOLLOW THROUGH ON OR CONTROL! This is why people should know your site is bad.
UPDATE... I just emailed their customer service again at 2 months post purchase. RYAN replied that (all the sudden) they have now eard from newegg, and somehow they did not receive credit for the order. Somehow I got credit from marketing channel? (Not true)... oh and also they couldnt find a click from my purchase? (Not true). Again... STAY AWAY from this site. ATTN REATAILERS... you too. I would not partner with this company as all they do is frustrate customers... your customers.

I joined coupon cabin as I was debating purchasing a pricey item for my husband. I went to the site to purchase it from coupon cabin quite a few times because it was so expensive and I was debating buying it or not. I finally purchased the I, using the coupon code and going through the website. After, I check my account and it says I am banned. When I contacted customer service all they said was I violated policies. When I inquired why I got no response. I am guessing the site is some sort of scam and am now worried about the fact I had linked my PayPal account to them.

DO NOT use Coupon Cabin. I created an account and purchased a $272 item through their link. I was told to receive a $24 pending cashback for that order within 1 week. However, they did not issue me any pending cashback for three weeks. I contacted the customer service (provided proof of purchase and filled a claim), but was told that the store have not yet confirmed the order. It is possible that the store already paid Coupon Cabin, but Coupon Cabin refuses to refund the customer. Today, they also blocked my IP address preventing me further accessing their site. DIRTY BUSINESS. Bait and switch scam.

I have yet to have any of the links give me cash back. When contacted, they will always say they will look research it but I guarantee you will get a response that somewhere in the fine print they don't have to pay you. They are paid commission by the retailers every time you use their link so be aware that you are giving them money with nothing in return. By the time you find out you didn't qualify, they already have the commission. Use Groupon, they are legitimate and come through on their promises every time!

When using our site to shop online you can earn cash back by clicking on cash back eligible links and offers. When you click our links this tells the store you are shopping with that we referred you there. After your order has been placed the store then pays us a commission, which we share with you in the form of cash back.
Based on what you said it appears you may have submitted a claim for a purchase that was later denied. Please note that when a claim is submitted for an order we then submit a claim of our own to the store you placed your order with. The store takes this claim under review and provides us with a determination, wherein they either approve or deny it. If your claim was denied by the store that would mean that CouponCabin was not able to earn a commission. If we are not able to earn a commission for a purchase we are not able to provide you with cash back for it, since that is the basis of how our program works. I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding this matter.

I have been a member of coupon cabin for the past 6 months. I have saved money by first visiting their site before purchasing from regular internet sites such as Amazon or Home Depot. I usually can get free shipping or a cash back offer of 1-5% depending on the retailer. I have earned almost $200 in cash back during this time in shopping as I normally would, just going to their site before I make a purchase. Sometimes it doesn't work when it should, but mostly a positive experience. They send you money to your PayPal account a month or so in arrears so it takes a while to start seeing cash back.
I love this website. You need to try it, it is great for finding coupons and getting a little extra check in the mail!

However, sometimes there are special coupons or codes that can be applied to Amazon purchases, and you can redeem your cash back rewards toward an Amazon gift card instead of actual cash at a higher rate of exchange so your earned points go further. I love that option.
