I submitted an inquiry to customer support about a concern I had with the app downloaded on my smartphone. Their customer care team immediately acknowledged my concerns and prioritized the issue resulting in my total satisfaction. This is the only Cashback app; of many; that I have installed on my phone that actually gives you a decent amount of cashback quickly. I submitted a receipt for a special promo "Bonus Reward" and within less than 24 hours I had $5 in my Cashback earned account. With other cashback apps you get max 90 cents here and there on over $100 purchases. I get annoyed that all cashback apps require online purchases. CouponCabin gives me both redeemable; qualifying In-Store and Online Coupons. As well as a significant amount of earned cashback for submitting an In-Store Receipt. There a millions of these types of "CashBack-Coupon" Apps. However; CouponCabin is ALWAYS my first choice when shopping for Anything. They offer value and customer satisfaction as well as guarantee to substantial earnings. If you have an issue and require feedback they go above and beyond for their customers. I will give CouponCabin a 5-Star Rating any day of the week and I don't give that rating to many of these types of apps. My personal opinion is that their competitors cannot match their offers; specials; coupons and quality customer service!

Stumbled across their site by accident, but am very happy I did. Their links have saved me a good bit of money by themselves. The cash back options are just icing on the cake. Only had one problem with a purchase not showing up. Contacted them and they immediacy replied letting me know they were contacting the merchant. By the next day, I received a follow up stating the merchant had confirmed my purchase and they put the cash back rewards in my account. A++++

I noticed a transaction was missing from my account, so I contacted customer service to resolve it. They emailed me within a day or so to let me know they were working on it, and provided useful tips such as not disabling cookies as well as checking ad blocking / firewall software that might be affecting cashback tracking (I don't think any of these caused this particular case, but it's good to keep in mind for anyone using coupon cabin).
Tom was especially helpful and considerate, resolving the issue in a matter of a few days even though it happened right around Christmas and I didn't expect such quick resolution. So, if you have any issues with cashback not posting, don't despair - the people working at coupon cabin are very responsive and polite and will do all that they can to ensure that you get your cash back!

Getting paid to shop for things I'm going to purchase anyways?!?! Yes, Please! I have been using CC for about 9 months and have received almost $50 back just for shopping! Not to mention the savings from using their coupons. I'm so glad I found this site! Quick plug for customer service... On one occasion did not receive my cash back check in the mail. I contacted customer service and they re-issued the check within a few days. :)

I have been using CouponCabin for a couple of years now. Always a treat to get that check for doing what I love best... shopping on-line! Recently I ordered several items from Amazon.com and clicked on their site from CouponCabin. What I didn't realize is that Amazon does not participate in the CashBack program. Regardless, the representative responding to my email about this gave me a one-time cashback credit to my account although Amazon is not a participating store. That's the kind of service I've been getting from CouponCabin. Their speedy response to my emails has been superb. I look forward to continue being "paid" to shop on-line.

I just signed up to CC, but have used their coupons for years. I was pleasantly surprised when a manger was able to reinstate a new customer bonus when I had to return part of my initial order. He advised me to replace the item I wanted to keep in the order (which I hated doing to the merchant, but it was a big ticket item).
That would be the only drawback that I see... adjusted orders not paying... but it's the same as with any shopping portal.

Their customer service is not helpful at all. They will close your account just because submitting an inquiry to get your missing cashback that their system did NOT catch it! EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUBMIIT YOUR INQUIRY TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THEIR SYSTEM'S FAULT, THEY DO NOT WANT TO BOTHER TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION FOR YOU TO GET YOUR CASHBACK! Now I know that someone from their customer service department will reply to this review and will say "WE ALREADY EXPLAINED OUR REASON TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT" I already read a lot of reviews and I regret every second I spent on their website! They think they're the only company in the cashback industry! Sorry! There's MILLIONS of companies and they provide better cashback than your company does! Thank you for giving me the chance to look for another company who can give better rates for cashback as well as they care about their customers satisfactions. Just remember that WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES SALARIES! So RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMER AND DO NOT BE MAD JUST BECAUSE YOUR CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION WHEN YOUR SYSTEM FAILED TO CATCH THEIR CASHBACK!
