Coupon Cabin is a great company and offers an extremely user friendly app that helps consumers save money by ordering online from various retailers and paying you back to do so. My money is sent directly to my checking account. I love shopping through this app. Nice discounts and savings. I really love the fact that some of my most favorite retailers are included. Such as Michael Kors, Home Depot and JC Penney. If you're not shopping through Coupon Cabin you're losing money!

All I had to do was forward my email receipt and literally about 3 hours later I got a confirmation that my cash back was processed. I checked my account and sure enough, there it was. So quick and easy, no hassle, no gimmicks, no "small print" you have to worry about. Very upfront and truthful, they do exactly what they say they will do and in a very timely manner. I couldn't be excited to do more business with Coupon Cabin, they rock!

I love this site but when it comes time for me to click on links that would take me to a merchant such as Safeway, I place my order, and I always end up having to notify CC that I made a purchase, submit a copy of my order and it takes some time but they can't get any answers from Safeway (my guess) but they do credit me anyway.

I wish they did not have it set up to where you have to accumulate $7.50 in order to cash out as this could take some time.

Other than these few things, they are great to work with.

I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service end of CouponCabin.com. Obviously, no business or online website is without it's issues or hiccups, and couponcabin is no exception BUT on the several occasions I have had to contact them, I receive a VERY prompt response. It's not just a "pat" answer meant to appease the customer and save the company money and time. NO. It is a personal note from a REAL person that directly answers every question/issue/concern I have had.
I tend to be very skeptical but have found satisfaction at every corner from CouponCabin customer service reps. Yes, I have had to wait 30+ days for some money to be posted, but all the while of waiting, customer service emails that they are still working on the problem. It is SO reassuring. They make money while WE make money, so it behooves them to be on our side of resolving things.
DEFinitely, download the little button (I don't know the technical term) to make it easier to find the sites that give cashback! That way, instead of going to couponcabin first every time, like I did for months!, a little pop-up window appears when you are on the site itself, making it impossible to miss the opportunity to get your cashback. Just click on it and you're done. PLUS, when you are google searching something, you will easily see which ones give cashback as well.
Really, you can't lose. I've been to a few other site (Ebates, Upromise) and though they are all very similar, I'm really impressed at the sheer amount of options through couponcabin. For instance, you can choose cashback OR just the coupon code, which is how I originally found the site, searching for a promo code. I love that it is MY decision as to which deal I choose to use.

I don't know how they do it but I am very satisfied with this company. I bought an item that was over $250 elsewhere on the internet for around $205. Then they gave me a check back for $35 on top of that. What's not to like about getting the lowest price anywhere and extra money sent by check to me. I love this company and will use them on any internet purchase available in the future. This is a real story about a real purchase. Thank you Coupon Cabin!

I am genuinely happy with your customer support team. For some unresolved reason, most of my purchases via your site do not get picked-up despite my checking all the troubleshooting ideas your support staff has provided to me. But in the end, I just submit my purchase documentation, your team verifies the click and makes the adjustment to my account. I feel a bit awkward that I can't seem to figure out how to get passed the block, but as stated above, your team works through it for me every time without making me feel like a total techno-dummy! :) It is fun to get a bit of cash back from purchases I would be making regardless of CouponCabin.
