Within one week of having created my new Couponcabin account I have already received $30 dollars cash back in my Paypal account from my purchase made via Couponcabin of about $40 dollars. Getting $30 dollars from Coupincabin returned back to my Paypal account means my $40 dollar purchase ended up only costing me about $10. I have not found comparable cash back offers elsewhere, of the type offered by Couponcabin, specifically the amazing $5 dollars back on $5 dollars spent, $10 dollars back on $10 dollars spent, and $20 dollars back on $20 dollars spent offers. This is a great site they honor your cashback clicks. I've gotten several casbacks and had one cashback not process. I had to copy and paste my invoice for proof of sale to them and that was it I got my casback credited to my account within 10 days which I think was reasonable since there is another party involved that being the merchant. Pay attention to how long your click is good for and the maximum cashback allowed and you should be good.

I used coupon cabin for the first time on February 10,2017. I purchased a camera and lens thru Adorama. I reported a missing transaction a couple weeks later stating I was supposed to get 1.5% cash back. Weeks would pass and they would email me updates saying they would try to resolve the transaction issue. They told me to contact the company I made the purchase from. The company Adorama emailed me back and said they have no affiliation with coupon cabin. Coupon cabin then responded and said they have a "marketing" relationship with Adorama but not customer service. After almost 60 days passed I reported them to the BBB. Originally they told me transactions disputes clear within 30-60 days. Coupon Cabin had closed my account because I wrote them they are deceptive and a scam which they took as a so called "threat". Afterwards they told me it may take up to 90 days for the disputed missing transaction to post however cancelled my account. They had made no attempt to contact the company Adorama whom I bought from. I'm waiting to hear back from the BBB in the mean time. Stay away from this company!

Have made multiple purchases through the coupon cabin site when they have had their $5 and $10 daily deals. I have yet to receive a rebate on any of these purchases. These purchases would not have been made if it wasn't for the rebates. In addition, when I did see a rebate come through, it was later reversed for unknown reason. I have contacted them on each issue and am still waiting 3 months later for a rebate. I guess I will not be seeing any sort of rebate. Will be cancelling account.

CouponCabin's customer support is outstanding! My issue was resolved before I even realized it was. I thought it would take a few days to hear back from someone, but, not only did they reply that same night, they had me back in business in less than 15 minutes of sending in my request. I also hadn't received all of the payments for my cashback rebates, and they had it in my PayPal account by the next afternoon. I am extremely satisfied with the level of support I received. 5 stars to CouponCabin's customer support team!

It is like night and day using their referral services compared to other services like Swagbucks and Top Cashback. I just got burned recently by another site where my visit wasn't tracked on their end so they refused to pay me. After that incident I was especially leery of trying new referral sites, but I had a wonderful experience getting my cash back literally within moments of submitting my order, no technical issues and no need to clear my cache or take any special steps ahead of time. I'm also impressed they have deals even eBates and the other more well known referral sites don't have. I will be using them first from now on!
