I purchased 2 pants for my husband... a few weeks later they canlleed my order for delays in shipping and only refunded me the cost of the pant. They did not refund my shipping. If I returned them then I would be out that cost... BUT... THEY cancelled it and I am entitled my shipping cost back and still no replay after 2 weeks. If I were able to leave a 0 rating I would have.

I got my package almost a month later and same as everyone else. Cheap costume material and the neck size on the shirts all all different and the zipper broke on on of the pockets on the first pull I didn't even put the shirt on. The gloves were ordered were from Oakley and quality... Everything else is garbage

Do I feel stupid. I paid this lousy company $40.00 for the cheapest, ugliest shirt I ever saw. It even took 4 weeks to get it! I hope no one else throws their money away there. A complete waste of time and money. I should have flushed my money down the toilet! I wish I would have research the company here at this very helpful site. Don't be a fooled fool.

Just purchased a $100 in shirts and hats without researching this company. To start after purchasing my items which look like high quality, I gotta call from my credit Union saying they were concerned that it was a fraudulent purchase because it was going to China. After waiting a week and a 1/2 I got an email stating it was going to be leaving China soon fast forward to 5 weeks later I got the items In the mail. After looking at the 1st item I noticed massive issues with the way they were sown together. Every item looks like it was sewn by a 5 year old in a sweatshop

Always delays of a month of more, poor customer service. Difficult to contact in a timely manner, If you need this in a certain timeframe- do not order

The quality of the product they shipped was worse than Dollar Store. Attempted to return a sweat shirt that looked nothing like what was advertised. Completely unresponsive customer service.

I ordered a shirt. It is really cheap material, and poor quality workmanship. It does not even begin to fit in anyway shape or form. I tried to send it back for a refund. They offered a $12 coupon to purchase another shirt. I refused this and asked for a refund, even offering to pay the return shipping. In response they sent me a note saying the matter was closed. This company stiffed me completely. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Poor quality shirts that fit no where near their stated size. They quality control is horrible as well as customer service. I order 2 and received 1. They played stupid. Don't buy this Chinese made crap. Save your money

Poor quality cloths coming out of China it appears. After many delays package arrived from a NY address. When I wanted to return the products the 1st e mail asked me if I would take a discount to keep the stuff. 2nd e mail promised a partial discount. When I pressed them for a return I was given a address in China. Don't waste your time and money they are crooks

Buyer BEWARE! This company is a RIPOFF! Great web site but product falls well short of what you see on line. I accidentally ordered two shirts and tried to change the order within minutes. Over a period of a month and a half I sent several additional requests to stop the order of the 2nd shirt but to no avail. When the two Men's Medium Vintage Contrast Color Henley Collar Sweatshirts arrived the color was a baby poop green and a small person might be able to fit into it. As for being a sweatshirt I guess if you were wearing it in the Amazon basin rain forest you might work up a sweat in it. The material is so thin if you hold it up to a light you can see thru it. Basically you are buying a long sleeved Henley tee shirt. This product is truly PURE CRAP!

I had several bad experiences with Cotosen. The first bad experience was their order tracking on their website did not work properly. The second bad experience was that it took them over 1.5 months to delivery my order. Next the items themselves were not made proportional to the size. The Henley tactical sweater and t-shirt I ordered in an XL and they must have only had a 15 inch neck opening. The hiking pants claimed to be multi-pocket, polyester, and water resistant. The pants only had 2 front pockets, were obviously cotton and not water resistant. I, also, got a t-shirt which the shoulders had not been sewn correctly and looked like they had points on them.
I was obviously not happy with my order, so I sent them an email. In wanting to be nice about their product I just told them the items didn't fit properly and I wanted to return them. I asked for a return shipping label. They answered my email promptly, however, they only offered to send me different size items for free shipping and a 40% discount or to give me store credit not even close to what I had spent.
I replied to their email that their options were not acceptable, requested a return shipping label and that they credit my credit card with the full amount. I have not heard from them since.
I started checking into what other recourse I had in getting my money back and guess what, they are located in the UK and the UK has no equivalent of the Better Business Bureau.
If I could rate this place a zero I would.

These CHINESE sellers are ripoff artists. They misrepresent themselves by pretending to be in Canada. Their products are cheap, mis-sized garbage. If I could give them no stars I would. Buyer beware.

Ordered a shirt and shorts. What I received was a joke. Their pictures of products are illustrations not actual photos. The wording to describe the clothing is vague. They won't show pictures of their products. What I received was made from thin spandex/ legging material with a hazy print on it. They charge for returns. The online 5 star

Do not buy from Cotesen! I bought a $32 shirt. It came, terrible quality, and the sleeves were about 5 inches too short. Their website says they do full returns, but don't believe them! After 5 email exchanges where they just offered me a "discount on my next order", they finally gave me a mailing address to mail back my shirt. It was in CHINA and would cost me $132! This, when they actually shipped me the shirt from New York. They are liars and thieves. Total Scam! You can't return and you can't even talk to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM COTESEN

I would give them negative stars if possible. Stay far far away from this company. The shirt I received was about a medium / small large even though I ordered XL. The shirt I ordered, The men's outdoor vintage contrast color Henley collar sweatshirt, was nothing like the picture, the color was way off, the material was not even close and it was one of the cheapest shirts I've ever bought. When I sent a complaint they gave me a 70% off of my next purchase. Yeah, I'm thinking that's a hard no! The picture speaks for itself.

I wanted to show my patriotism and saw this ad. Ordered then realized it was made in China, I immediately tried to cancel with no return email or acknowledgment. Received my items 5 weeks later and it's a joke. Horrible quality and fake looking emblems. I would give to Goodwill but don't want anyone else looking like an idiot wearing this fake garbage. They will not get back to me. I will lose my $70 and leave it to learning a lesson.

Cotosen is a Chinese counterfeit clothing and merch entity. I got screwed by them and Capital One as I got piss poor merchandise and Capital One would not refund as they bend over for the CCP
